Fifth time on the island and researched thoroughly for a nice tiny room on the beachfront. Found this gem and it was a really relaxing stay. I transferred from New Coast to Seaworthy after my friends left and it was just the perfect room for me.
🩵 Got the room at the end of the hallway with a tiny entryway. I have a huge window facing the main road. I’m sensitive to noise but the street noise wasn’t too bad.
🩵 Very cozy room but tiny. It’s a one bedroom with a single bed. So if you have a huge luggage, you need to close it up after taking things out.
🩵 They have a Smart TV in the room, which I loved as I have been on the island for 5 days and just wanted to rest for the remaining couple of days. Bathroom was nice, hot shower was working. Bed was comfy and still spacious unless you move a lot when you sleep. Room was tiny you still get a table and a chair!
🩵 Service was amazing!!! The staff were all so nice. They greet you all the time. Offer help. Easy to talk to. Their welcome treat for every guest was a bowl of Coco Mama, which you can eat WHEN YOU WANT IT. They also give you a discount booklet for all sister restos/bars/dessert places around the area which was very thoughtful. Sayang ‘cause I had Mango Mama and Ube Mama 3 times before I checked in haha!
🩵 The breakfast meals were the best alacarte breakfast meals I’ve ever had on the island. I would pay for the fish sausage!!!!!! It was so good and the serving was super generous. You even get a glass of fresh fruit juice aside from your choice of coffee or tea!
🩵 Their Pinoy merienda served complimentary at the lounge for the guests every afternoon was a brilliant idea. Foreign guests would be able to eat our merienda/rice delicacies/local snacks. I’m a local and super loved it!!!
🩵 The view from the lounge was wow!!
A few things that could be improved:
❗️I can’t remember seeing the amount of the room deposit in any of the booking confirmations before I checked in but it’s PHP5,000 per room. ❗️Additional floor rags inside the room. I can’t stress this enough for accommodations. There are a few of us who skip the housekeeping when staying for just a night or two. And when I do, keeping the floor clean is a top priority. ❗️They have a very nice beachfront BUT there are huge stones you need to crossover to get to the actual water. It’s very dangerous if you slip. I’m not sure how Seaworthy can improve the guest’s experience on that front but putting it out there just in case. ❗️I wish they had a room for 4!!! I want to come back here for my birthday but I have a clingy family of 4 who wants to always share a room when in vacation. 😂 ❗️Just an FYI that there is construction happening next door and it is very noisy in the morning, especially around lunch until 4PM. So getting that afternoon nap would...
Read moreI had to change my plans just a day before my schedule due to an emergency, and they were super accommodating. They even offered me a 50% discount for rescheduling.
When we arrived, they greeted us with lemon water and handed us vouchers for discounts at their partner restaurants. They also treated us to complimentary desserts from Coco Mama! The staff was on point – they helped us with our bags and had these big smiles that made us feel right at home. Every time I strolled through the lobby, I received a cheerful "good morning" or "good afternoon" from the staff. When we got to the room, there were free chocolates on the bed, which quickly became our favorite, and we ended up ordering more online! The room was spotless and had everything we needed – hairdryer, towels, shampoo, hangers, TV – you name it. They even provided toiletries like toothbrushes, hand soap, and body wash. No need to pack all those things; they've got you covered.
As for the location, it's in Station One, which is known for being a chill and quiet part of Boracay, perfect for relaxation. Plus, it's right beside the road and the beach, giving us easy access to everything. We spent some quality time at the common area on the second floor with its picturesque view of Groto. It's a great spot to enjoy the scenery.
For breakfast, served from 7-10 am, we got to choose from the menu. They served up fresh fruits like watermelon, mango, and pineapple, and we had options to pick between hot or cold coffee or tea. The main dish servings were huge. If we couldn't finish it all, we would always request it as takeout for later. Around 4-6 pm, they had merienda waiting for us – different every day, so we got to try kakainin, maja, and turon, paired with tea.
The food was so good that we almost didn't leave the hotel. They even gave us a discount at the bar/restaurant because we were staying at the hotel. My personal favorite was the steak and fries, along with the lychee shake. A big thanks to Lara, Christian, Robert, Rachel, Neil, Marian, Mae, Chris, and the awesome room cleaning staff whose names I missed, as well as the chefs who whipped up the delicious food. You all made our stay unforgettable!
We're definitely coming back to this...
Read moreI love my experience here at Seaworthy.
The staff never made me feel like a guest, but rather a family member that they‘ve welcomed home after a long time away.
The rooms are wonderfully decorated and are not cramped. They actually look bigger than the photos.
I stayed both at the Deluxe King with Balcony (no photos as I arrived late) and the Seaview King room (photos attached). The beds and pillows were so comfortable and the linens were so soft that I almost didn‘t want to go out of the room.
The Seaview King is just second to none - amazing view from the balcony and the bathroom sink view is just so picturesque I had to pinch myself to remind me it was real! 🤩
The food is also amazing! They have curater selections from both Percy‘s Seafood and Sunny Side cafe for the free breakfast and it comes with free coffee/tea, juice of the day, and fresh fruits!
You can also order room service to enjoy some cocktails or shakes whilst people watching.
They also have afternoon tea time where they provide free artisanal local tea and local snacks (kakanin) to in-house guests. It‘s located at their beautiful and spacious lounge overlooking white beach.
You also get free Coco Mama upon check in and free Auro chocolate squares neatly tucked in your bed as a sweet surprise. Their hospitality is just amazing and incomparable and honestly beats out most of the big chain hotels in here.
I can‘t wait to be back!
PS: You can always borrow a banig (woven mat) and an umbrella so you can chill comfortably by the beach or get some protection from mama sun‘s...
