Diamond Water Sports — Local services in Malay

Went out for sunset cruise but the time of the cruise was from 3:30 pm to 6:00 pm. While we did see some of the sun setting, we didn’t actually get to see the sun set on the cruise.

There is a huge crowd on the cruise, with limited seatings at Level 2 where the fun mostly is. Level 1 has air conditioning but limited view, Level 3 has good 360 view but you will be under strong winds and the hot sun at the same time. By the time we were transported to the cruise from Station 3, there were no seats on level 2 anymore.

There was also promised unlimited drinks and pika-pika, but we only had 1 round of snacks and it was self-served on paper plate that once you got it, you spend most of your time holding on to it to prevent it from flying away due to the strong winds. Unlimited drinks also only apply to plain water and ice lemon tea only.

We also missed out on the free snorkelling as we were on level 3, and was not made aware that snorkelling had started at level 1.

For the Parasailing the meeting point at Station 1 no longer exists ( but Noone let's you know!) I booked thru Get your guide . After numerous messages to tour company with no reply I got the local police to call and yes now they answer and send a shuttle to pick us up.Our tour was meant to be 10am it was 11am in the end and no apology at all

Great value, friendly staff, amazing time. I booked the parasailing experience for my family from a rep on the beach and we felt safe and taken care of. Included in the price is the shuttle to the station 1 boat dock and from there a speed boat to the floating barge where you’ll then be transferred to the parasailing boat. This process felt super rushed and hectic and made me very sea sick so I just wish they explained this beforehand so I could prepare for it. They took great videos and photos on my phone...
