Stay for a few nights at this resort. And my experience was horrible. It was not a great and relaxing adventure. It was a nightmare.|1. Breakfast was so bad. There aren't many good options. I don't even know if they know the wordstandard, because as I saw it, there was no standard in this resort.|2. If breakfast was bad, the pack breakfast is way worse. It was the worst. You only get 2 pieces of bread and 1 boiled egg, plus water. They only put it in plastic cellophane, which looks so cheap. They can't even afford a to-go box for a packed breakfast.|3. Construction is so annoying. It was so noisy.|4. Room Attendants and other workers are very noisy. The pool cleaner is so noisy early in the morning. Kitchen staff are so loud. I don't know if they have all worked in hotels or resorts before. Frankly, they still need a lot of training to deal with guests promptly.|5. Sometimes there is no cold water, sometimes there is no hot water, and sometimes there is no water at all. I have to complain three times or more before they can fix it.|6. The toilet door locks all of a sudden. You have to ask for assistance every time. The toilet smells very bad. Sometimes, it wouldn't flush.|7. Inside the room, there are no bath towels. You have to ask every time when their towels will be available.Over all, it was not a great vacation and not worth your money.|In this resort, they will cause you a lot of inconvenience. However, there are a few downsides:|1. Selling drinks in the Front Office seems inappropriate. Associates are often busy attending to buyers, diverting attention from guests checking in or out. Drinks should be placed in a separate bar area.|2. The resort only accepts cash transactions, which is impractical in today's predominantly cashless society.|Moving on to the restaurant:|1. While the food is good, a more extensive Western selection would be appreciated.|2. The wait staff, although attentive, need improvement:|• Female staff should wear hairnets to avoid potential hair hazards in the food.|• Staff should be more conscious of body odor, especially when handling food.|Guest rooms are generally good, but finding hair on the floor and sheets is a significant disappointment. Room attendants appear somewhat disorganized, neglecting important details that can make a difference.|The "No Smoking" policy seems selective, not applying to Chinese guests and the owner's friends. Consistent enforcement, including owners and friends, is crucial.|The swimming pool, meant for guests, is hindered by the adjacent dive shop. The noise and overcrowding from people practicing in the pool disrupt guests' enjoyment. The dive shop should be separated from the resort.|Owners should consider having a separate kitchen for themselves.|Lastly, gambling within the resort premises is inappropriate for a resort, which should not be operating as a hotel and casino.|I hope management takes these criticisms into serious consideration for the improvement...
