No restaurant - only when we arrived they informed us that restaurant was close for 2 months already. They can serve breakfast but if you want other food they can order for you that takes morethan 1 hour. I'm with family of 6. The only reason we didn't book airbnb was because we need a convenient stay in Bohol. restaurant is important for us. We paid 42,000 pesos for 3 nights stay here||||Beach - Beach if far. There is a "short cut" 10 mins walk. It's a very small, smelly, dirty alley. Not for kids! Not for senior! Not for PWD! not convenient to go to the beach. ||||Not 24hr reception, there's 1 guard at night who can answer some of your query! But no! That is not 24hr concierge.||||Tours - they do not have there own tours or in partnership with any travel & tours.||||Breakfast - they offered American breakfast (bacon, egg, toast only) Filipino breakfast (cornedbeef or 2 small langonisa, egg, fried rice only) coffee or watermelon/pineapple for drink. It was ok if you will stay here for 1-2 nights only. They serve breakbast between 7:30am to 10:30am only! ||||House keeping/ Breakfast server - I believe her name was gisell. Tall skinny girl. She was very rude! I made mistake as I ordered "longsilog" instead of saying Filipino breakfast with longanisa. Im ordering for 6 and I just woke up. It's confusing and she got mad to the point I have to ask for her name. Other staff was exceptional. ||||this hotel is too expensive to what really they offer....

Pros: Room set up was nice -The room was very spacious and clean -Each room has a veranda with a nice mini garden view loved the glass sliding door for the bathroom. love the in room lighting but hate is as well

Cons: -The location was a little hard to find since there's no signage along the road. Had to call reception to know the location. Met other guest who were lost as well The pool size was okay I guess but the pool water seemed old. It has no signs of chlorination and leaves and twigs were floating. Mosquitoes. My face got a bit swollen from moquito bites while staying on the pool side. Noise. We can hear noises in our room til 11 PM. We can even hear the TV of the room next to us and people who are in the pool. Also, first thing you'll notice when you enter the room is the strong smell of COGON. it was really strong. Perhaps a humidifier or something can ease the smell. the blue foam found under the tv was very itchy too. the room has a window on top that invites lighting, love it at first but hate the fact that you cant control the entry of light in the room.

Overall, it was okay as far as the room is concerned. Everything was nice except for the smell. Other than the room, I got...

pictures say it all, attach the surrounding. quite convenient to go the main streets for food places like mac , jollibee , monster crab (provide free ride back but make reservation) , jumbo crab, comoda breakfast and bamboo place 5 pm onward to try. there is a laundry wash and dry within 2 hours collection for 7 kg for abt peso 300. massage place nuat thai which was good- there is hot stone massage 1 h and 1h 45 mins. do note to bring torch light if you were to walk to alona beach as the streets is dark (if walk back after sunset) and narrow. consider gg for hennan resort for buffet dinner if u were to go alona beach. cleanliness of the villa is good, just that the roosters/ dogs/ cats may be noisy at times. bring mosquitoes spray to spray room while out. overall good chill experience :) can ask the recep help call tuktuk to send u to the main street in case lazy walk out. charges about 100-150 pesos. beware some random tuktuk may charge 1000 pesos or 200 pesos. go with the recep for help. oh yes the villa do not accept credit card but paypal with 5% admin charges. otherwise pay cash for hotel...

From first day to the last, our stay in this villa is very very satisfying. Ambience is really relaxing. Very spacious and clean rooms and bathrooms. They also have this front lounge in every hut where you can just relax and have some drinks. Their reception area along with their dining and bar area is also divine. You can bring home or order food outside and have your meal set-up in there. Very big plus is their pool at the very center of the villa. We took advantage of the pool and swam all throughout our stay. The pool water is comfortably hot which is very nice for night and morning swimming. All their staff are very friendly and easy to talk to. We had no problems all throughout our stay. The rate per night is relatively low specially as we visited in a group of 5 compared to other good hotels. Very satisfied tourist here. By the way, beware of their very cute cats. They are clingy but friendly as hell.

We stayed 5 nights in villa kasadya and spent the night in the 2 room villa with private pool. We had a great time. The staff was very friendly, the bar was great and the food from the kitchen was very tasty and not that expensive. It was also allowed to order food outside the resort, which is nice, you don't always have to choose from the same menu, for example pancakes at Jollibees for breakfast. The last 200 meters were a bumpy road and the road to the sea is an alley, but it did not bother us. It is a nice neighborhood, Alona Beach with its beautiful beach and many cafes and restos in the main street. The excursions that you can easily book at reception were fantastic, snorkeling with turtles, fish and whale sharks. Visit Bohol itself, adventure park, chocolate hills,... In short, we had a magical week in Bohol and the resort also contributed to that, definitely recommended. Grtz from belgium, europe
