The staff didn’t just assist me in browsing—they actively listened to my preferences, offered helpful styling suggestions, and guided me through different fits without ever making me feel rushed. Their product knowledge and willingness to help made the shopping experience smooth and enjoyable.

When they realized the size I needed wasn’t available in-store, they immediately went the extra mile to check availability in other SM branches—just to ensure I could get the perfect fit.
