I had the most unbelievable experience with your staff today, especially that short, fair-skinned gay guy—he was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I was just about to buy my lunch and went there around 1:30 PM, thinking there wouldn’t be much of a crowd by then and they’d already have enough change available.
I even went out of my way to line up, even though the line was still quite long. I patiently waited like everyone else, thinking everything would go smoothly. The customer before me paid with a 1,000-peso bill, and they had no problem giving him change. But when it was finally my turn—after all that effort and waiting—the moment I handed over my 500 pesos, he suddenly said, “We don’t have change, only small bills.”
I calmly asked if I could just come back once I had smaller bills, thinking that was a reasonable compromise. But instead of being understanding, he rolled his eyes at me and said in the most dismissive tone, “It’s fine, I’ll just cancel your order,” like I was the one causing the problem. Then he literally rolled his eyes again, like I was wasting his precious time.
I was honestly shocked. I didn’t even get to order my food. The attitude, the disrespect, and the lack of basic customer service it felt like I was being treated like a nuisance, not a customer. After all the patience and effort I put in, I didn’t deserve to be brushed...
Read moreThe place has a school cafeteria feel. Conveniently located along with all the other fast food chains along pearl drive. The place makes me wanna check out the new Jollibee in Escriva corner shaw, hoping that theres a better feel and experience in that branch. Today i tried their Champ ala carte. Can't help but compare it with Burger king Whopper which i think gives a better burger experience. The Charred flavor of BK puts up their burger above Champ. Also speaking of cafeteria, the bun in Champ feels like a school cafeteria burger bun. The patty tastes like 2 pieces of burger steak, and it splits in the middle as you take bites going in. The flavor reminds me of Tropical hut Burger. Given the price of 139php for ala carte, i think id be happier to order a regular burger meal that gives you a decent sized patty in a smaller burger, french fries, and a barako coffee for 85php. Plus you can put other condiments like mustard and hotsauce just in case. A 54php savings on a more conplete meal. This branch is probably good for Jollibee trainees, new employees coz it doesn't feel much like a serious fast food chain business, more like an added investment that you trust on the brand and forget coz you have other businesses to attend to. Below is the eating experience for the Champ. Too much mayo...
Read moreJollibee's service is so poor now, their servings is so small, plus their gravy, you have to pay for a take out? For that small serving?
Plus your employees attitude, di naman ibabawas sa sahod nila, kung magdamot akala mo sila mayari ng Jollibee.
I know it's tiring to work on fast food, pero your customer just wants to enjoy what they paid for, if kayo rin naman kakain, you want to make the most of it lalo na if binayaran.
Your spicy power cost 7 pesos for a pinch.
Jollibee has been greedy, you don't deserve anymore to be known filifino, Jollibee doesn't care anymore about providing what your filifino...
