Between Us Bed and Breakfast — Hotel in Warsaw

Stayed at Between Us B&B at the beginning and end of our 3 week trip in Poland. The location is good only a short walk from Nowy Swiat, which is the main street into the old town. This is a small b&b only 3 rooms and we stayed in room 1 both visits so cannot comment about the other 2 rooms. Room 1 is large with a large amount of floor space and a large bath and a walk in shower. It was clean, the bed and mattress were firm and comfortable. Outside the room in the hallway is a Nespresso coffee machine which is free and available 24 hours plus a small frig with fruit juice. The breakfast is downstairs in the restaurant or delivered to you the night before. Both were equally good. But the area where Between Us shines is in their interest in the people who stay with them. A special thank you to Marcus and Beata. Beata bought a bus ticket for me and would not let me repay her and she even went so far as to volunteer to drive us to the train station the morning we left. We had trouble with our return flight and she was on the phone trhying to unravel the problem.Now that is going beyond good service, thats just plain being kind and considerate of her guests and that is the area they excel in. We spent 3 nights here in the 'orange' room. We were met at the door by one of the owners as we were looking for the accommodation above a cafe/bar. The room was not quite ready so she offered us a complimentary drink & sat us down while she checked if everything was ok. We decided we might as well have a light lunch there while we were waiting and the soup was delicious. We were then taken up to our room which was quirky but very clean and modern. When we came downstairs we were given a map showing where the accommodation was in relation to the train station, the Old Town, the river, the Science and Culture Museum and the beautiful Lazienki Park. We couldn't have been more central. We were in walking distance from all of these areas. The building is old but is clean. We had a little problem with the shower on the first morning as the shower head is large and the drain is small and it almost overflowed but someone was called in to fix it before our next shower. They said they are going to update this at the end of this season. The owners and staff are friendly and helpful and most speak English. If we ever go back to Warsaw we would certainly stop...

my 21 yr old son and I spent five lovely nights here and we fell in love ....our room was so spacious and comfy it was hard to get out of bed in the mornings ;) the B&B 3 rooms are located on 2nd fl above the owners restaruant bar which is an establishment in Warsaw ( 20 yrs !!!) breakfasts were very tasty and it took us a couple of nights to figure out that eating our dinners there was such a treat the chef is excellent and the polish food yummy and on weekends the bar was full with a great crowd of locals the location is central but the cherry on the topping was our host Beata who really got us and gave us great tips to experience Warsaw as a local what an enchanting city !!! we are ever so grateful for the warm hospitality from all of the staff and highly recommend this gem if your are looking for a...
