I want to appeal to the management of Vitkac store and understand on what principle some salespeople are hired at all. Olga from the 3rd floor is a rare boor and unprofessional consultant, today I came to the store with my friend to buy a bag, Olga immediately examined us from head to toe and concluded that we have nothing to do in the store. Having ignored all my questions in English, in response I heard Russian insolent speech. I have nothing against it, but I spoke to her in English, if you can't speak English - call another consultant. Then we asked Olga to take the bag out, but from the warehouse, as there were scratches on the showcase sample. Without words, without a smile, Olga left and then returned with a cold answer that there was no other bag and that was it. We went to another consultant, then to another, in other words we ran around the floor asking everyone to find us a bag for 11.000 PLN! In the end, when another consultant came to the computer to check the availability of the bag, as it turned out, Olga did not even look at the general warehouse, where the bag was. Thanks to the other consultant, we made the purchase. But it didn't end there. At the time of payment we had a limit on the card and we had to make several payments, seeing this Olga again stood and smirked, where is this even seen? If you have problems with subordination, do not work with people!
Then a guy and a girl appeared in the store, in front of them our Olga completely changed her face, offering champagne and constantly smiling at this couple, Olga pissed me off. I understand that everyone has bad days, but when we saw the attitude to other customers, we realized that it's not about mood, but about discrimination. I mean, I want to buy a bag and I have to beg her to take it out to me, but since I'm 23 years old and according to Olga I'm unable to pay, I don't deserve a good attitude? I came up before leaving and took water from another consultant, telling Olga thank you for such service and that it is a pity that only in front of other people she is nice and friendly. Olga started shouting at me that I was not nice enough to her and therefore did not deserve a good attitude to myself. Her shouting was heard throughout the corridor and in general her behavior was inadequate. I demand to take action, she has no right to choose how to treat customers based on her desires, it is her job! I am extremely dissatisfied and plan to contact...

Firstly even making an order was a long drawn out process. True to register to make a purchase didn’t get an email wouldn’t let me register eventually checked out using guest check out. Purchase made money taken immediately 4/5 hours later not any form of confirmation. Emailed them no response. Eventually got an email saying purchase had been made with a vague description of what I’d bought.
I’d paid for express delivery due to being near to Christmas. Order placed on Tuesday Thursday comes and go’s no shipping and also no response to emails. Friday and Saturday comes still nothing. I get sent a tracking number for an item going to Japan which isn’t mine. Eventually Monday I get tracking. When I get the order open it up and to my surprise totally turn wrong item. Wrong colour wrong design. So waited a week for wrong item. So paid £500 for an item paid for express shipping and got totally the wrong item.
Now I tried to call them email them again not a single response. Tried to follow the link they sent to print out a returns form. Link sends you to a dubious site nothing to do with them. I get one attach a letter and call DHL for a collection. Only to be told the returns label I have been given doesn’t work!!! Over a day of calling to sort this out get hold of someone and not a single apology in fact he sounded like I had disturbed him and when I was asking him questions he put the phone down!
I was livid. Again several emails over the next few days nothing. Tracked them shipment and they had had it for a few days and no refund. Nearly 2 weeks later no refund. I had to threaten them with contacting my bank fraud department to get the amount reversed even then I only got one response and no apology.
This was THE most horendous purchase I’ve ever made and the way they operate is paramount to scamming. Do yourself a favour and avoid buying anything from this place. They Advertise high end clothing but service isn’t even primark. Infact there is no service even now not an email. But yet there social media department spend hours a day posting stuff. Read moreI had one of the worst customer service experiences with this company. I ordered a BV ring, but they mistakenly shipped it to Haiti instead of Hong Kong due to an issue with the delivery address. What’s worse is that their customer service was completely unhelpful throughout the process.
Lack of Responsibility – Instead of resolving the issue, they forced me to request a refund rather than offering a proper solution. Dishonest Communication – They did not disclose the full situation regarding the incorrect shipping details and only informed me later that the parcel needed to be dispatched to Haiti. Blaming the Customer – They repeatedly blamed me for filling in the wrong country, yet they themselves failed to notice this error for an entire week before shipping it out. Despite multiple requests, I have not received any response from a manager, and the CS team keeps shifting the responsibility back to me. This is one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had, especially compared to my purchases from Saks Fifth Avenue, SSENSE, Selfridges, Mr Porter, and Mytheresa—all of whom provide far better customer service.
Right now, I don’t even know when I’ll get my refund, and I have zero confidence in ordering from them again. If they cannot properly review shipping details before dispatching an order, how can customers trust them?
