I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY TO ANYONE!!!| The facility was dirty from the entrance. The elevator is smeared and sticky and all the doors are dirty with calluses and dirty hands.| In the micro room I noticed the unpleasant smell of urine. As a former SV housekeeper, I did an inspection and what I found was outrageous.| There is dust under the bed, on the picture, on the radiator and in every corner. Pubic hair under the sheets, dirty card holder. In the bathroom, I found an unwashed shower with water and soap stains on the walls. All windows and mirrors are blurred. Toothpaste residue on the tiles around the sink. There was short black hair on the floor, consistent with the Asian boys hanging around in front of the facility. The toilet, despite assurances that it was disinfected, was dirty. I found dried urine and stuck hair on the toilet seat and under the toilet.| I flew there for one night, I wanted to use the spa, swimming pool and sauna to start my holiday nicely. After what I found in the room, I didn't dare and it was an excellent decision because I found photos from the spa under a different opinion.| The reception cannot do anything, the manager is probably not there, because he will either be there in an hour or he is already gone. I have been asking for a call and waiting since June 28. I received two e-mails offering me a voucher of PLN 100 for their services, which I consider a slap in the face because I don't intend to ever go back there. I also didn't dare to eat in the restaurant because I was afraid to think what was going on in the kitchen and back room.| When I refused this compensation and demanded a refund and threatened the Sanitary and Epidemiological Station, the director, who also strongly avoids contact, made an "offer" that he would refund me the funds if I signed a declaration of concealment of information about the condition of the room and the facility, i.e. I would not issue a negative opinion and I will not report the matter to the Sanitary and Epidemiological Station. Read moreI stayed in this hotel in the middle of March with my spouse and little daughter. We booked a Superior Apartment . It turned out that it was located on the ground floor, the next door was a toilet room for staff, and the back entrance a little further. This room was very noisy, because staff passed by and loudly opened and closed doors all the time, only at night, when they were out, was calmer. The room was stuffy because of central heating, the air conditioning was turned off for the winter season, and we had to open the windows, but there were many people walking outside and some of them were smoking regularly so we got this air with smoke in our room. The sink in the bathroom was clogged and the pipe under it leaked. On the second day I asked about another room, but the hotel was fully booked. I said about pipe leaking as well, and they promised that a specialist would come, but we didn’t see anybody and this problem wasn’t solved. On the third day I asked about room changing again, but I received the same answer. Only in the evening at the reception was a very friendly and responsive girl, who tried to solve our problem with the pipe and she even fined us another room. We were very grateful. Late in the evening we moved to a new room in another building. It was a big apartment with 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet. It was the end of the day, we were tired and we didn’t notice any problem except the dirty floor with some sticky areas. But when we were almost ready to sleep, we found pieces of glass in the bed, under the duvet. When we looked closer we saw that the bed clothing was dirty, more likely it wasn’t changed after previous guests, the bed was just made. We checked the bed in the second bedroom and it was the same: pieces of glass and the dirty bed clothing. We found several pieces of glass on the floor in the kitchen and hallway area too. Read moreI stayed at Jess Hotel for 4days. First of all: location location location-is the Best! Hotel staff Very Professional and helpful especially one Polish Lady wearing glasses. Very clean and new hotel I have NO complaints. Breakfast is buffet style, good variety of tasty food. I recommend to eat early if you want to avoid standing in line for your food. My only recommendation to Jess Hotel is to move Coffee station to different part of the restaurant to avoid for guests to stand in lines. .Walking distance to lots of tourists’ attractions, food venues and shops. If you happened to stay there- I recommend to walk (2min) to st. Ann’s church’s roof terrace; for 5-10zł you have beautiful view of Warsaw. I also recommend near by: 360 pizzeria inexpensive but tasty food, or walk about 10-15 min toward Copernicus monument to “Foksal” street to find plenty of restaurants or coffee shops at affordable prices. I also recommend: Chopin concerts-daily at Zamkowa 3 at 7:00pm, FREE “walkative” tours which duration is about 2.5 hrs and very interesting. From the bus stop located within few feet (toward Royal Castle) you can take bus #116 to Łazienki Park, the bus 175 or 128 will take you to Palace of Culture & Science- use “centrum” bus stop to get off while you are there I recommend “Złote Tarasy” shopping mall if you are in mood of shopping. And plenty more it depends how long you stay in Warsaw. I give Jess Hotel very well deserved 5 stars! I would definitely stay...
