Pizzeria 360° Krakowskie Przedmieście — Restaurant in Warsaw

Was going trough town, was hungry, thought that Italian cuisine should be good here, was proved wrong. Came here with friend, we ordered a pasta each and 1 pizza for both of us. My pasta was alright, but the greens on top were noticeably not fresh. Not only they were dry, they hade an aftertaste. My friend ordered carbonarra, after my recommendation. I thought it should be grate, since they use authentic ingredients for it(credit for them), but they added to much black pepper which ruined the savory nature of this dish. Pizza with mushrooms and white sauce was alright, nothing more than that, though mushrooms on top were too dry. Service was pretty good. Our waiter spoke good English, helped with what he could. But there were no option to split the bill(which i don't blame on the waiter) but it just added a cherry on top of all previous...

The customer service at this restaurant is terrible. We wanted to sit in a beautiful spot with a view of the city, but the waiter didn’t let us, saying that area was for five people. Then they took us to the back and showed us a very cramped place. When we mentioned that it was too tight, they suddenly showed us a five-person table at the back. So we said, if we are allowed to sit at a five-person table, then we should be able to sit at the table with the view. But the waiter still refused. It seemed like they were saving the scenic tables for paying or VIP...

As an Italian, I really appreciated the pizza here. There's not too much waiting after the waiters take the order, which is extremely positive. The menu has several vegetarian options, not too many vegan options. Moreover, they accept dogs in the restaurant! The service is ok, the waitress who served us was really polite and nice. The service "tax" is not included though, so they will ask and eventually charge you a 10% when you'll be paying. Prices are ok considering the restaurant is literally on plac zamkowy. I recommend it if you're craving a pizza...
