Piec. Restauracja — Restaurant in Warsaw

I would like to file a complaint regarding my recent experience at Piec Smaki Starej Warszawy. I believe that the restaurant staff demonstrated a serious lack of customer service. Despite the fact that we waited quite a long time to order, the staff was disinterested and rude. They were reluctant to answer our questions and avoided helping us when we had problems. We also encountered a similar attitude when paying the bill, which made our overall experience even more negative. Although the atmosphere of the restaurant and the quality of the food are positive, I do not think I would choose this restaurant again because of the attitude of the staff. I believe that customers should be treated with respect and courtesy and I hope that the necessary steps will be taken in this regard. Thank...

The food was good and really tasty. We ordered the duck and the pierogi soup. BUT. When the bill arrived they had charged us an extra fee of 8 zloty. The amount may not be that much but there was nowhere written in the catalogue that there would be such a charge. When we asked why we had to pay 8 more zloty they told us because of the "service" and when we told them that this is a first time hearing such thing they told us that it was a "spacial" fee for Christmas. Meanwhile the prices on Christmas catalogue was already a bit more pricey than any of the other restaurants we have visited -even the ones that were open on Christmas Eve. Lesson 1 ; When you enter a restaurant in Centrum and its empty, you have to understand that there is a reason for that. But we did not.... Lesson 2 ; before you go into a restaurant , check comments and reviews. It will save you from bad experiences. Lesson 3; ; When you pay high prices, you expect higher quality ; unfortunately was not the case. Chicken was like plastic and salmon no comments... quality of food 0, probably bought from cheapest supplier.

Result ; Highly dissapointed . I usually do not write bad reviews, but i felt robbed in there.

The worse and most expensive meal in Warsaw in our 4 days stay.

At least, the waitres very kind and polite. But somehow have the feeling she did not want...
