Fernando Guest House — Hotel in Aveiro

The worst experience I have ever had! Unfortunately I needed a place to stay 1 night at last time and the "cheaper" hostel I found was this. I looked at the comments (Noticed several people were not happy with it) but as a need, I reserved this place. If you are thinking to do so, DON'T DO THE SAME! I'd prefer paying some 5€ more at another place and being in a decent house at least. The responsible person doesn't replied to my questions after my arrival (Even saying on a SMS that she was available if I needed something), no light in the bathroom (Be prepared to take your shower in the dark), bedding were dirty and smell horrible (Be prepared to smell other's sweat), bedrooms and house inside itself is cold and several other things. My point of view is that this person just want the money without spending some money on keeping the place...

I have very bad experience with Fernando Guest House I booked a bed for 11 nights for a business when I arrived there there is no body for open door I try to call the number they give in email no body pick my call many Portuguese people knock the door for anyone open but nobody listen us after I sent messages then he reply in message where is a key 🔑 finally after 45 mints I get keys. When I go inside I see it is very old guest house not clean at all but I already paid for 11 nights I can't leave my money.

If you plan to visit in this GUEST HOUSE don't pay the money first all rooms are empty don't make booking

Really very bad experience never...

Old and dirty. Minimum expected would be the place to be clean and hygenic, but no. Even sheets seemed not washed. Bad smell in the room. Dirty shared toillets, we couldnt even have shower due to that. I explained we were 3 and paid more for that, we only got 2 pillows. Place not expensive when compared to others, but definetely not worth even half of the price. I left all the feedback to the owner. Hope they can improve. I was very...
