We regret to say that our experience with this company fell far below expectations. Despite assurances of a parking spot and a clean Airbnb for our two-night stay, we were met with disappointment upon arrival. The promised parking spot was occupied, and the apartment had not been cleaned since the previous guest's stay—evidenced by dirty sheets, towels, and an unkempt kitchen.
Despite our immediate contact with the Lisbon office, the response was lackluster, with excuses rather than solutions. There was no effort to rectify the situation promptly; instead, we were expected to stay in the uncleaned apartment overnight, complete with evidence of the previous guest's presence. They neither offered an alternative accommodation nor displayed any urgency in addressing the issue.
After enduring 90 minutes of this ordeal, we took matters into our own hands, returning to the office to demand action. However, the resolution process was prolonged and frustrating, involving prolonged correspondence between the Lisbon and Italy offices. We were left to find alternative accommodation ourselves, without any assistance from the company.
While they have promised to reimburse the cost of our one-night hotel stay, there is uncertainty about whether this will be fulfilled. We were left without a choice but to secure our own accommodation for the night and hope for a satisfactory resolution the following day.

To add insult to injury, the company initially refused to cover the cost of the nearby hotel stay, only to backtrack and miraculously find another apartment for us to stay in for one night. However, we were informed that we would still have to relocate to the originally booked room the following day. This sudden change of stance, after initially claiming they had no other accommodations available, further exemplifies the lack of transparency and consistency in their handling of the situation.
Throughout this ordeal, there has been a significant amount of back and forth with no real reassurances provided. Despite their promises, there remains a lingering uncertainty about whether they will fulfill their commitments.
Following our departure from the office, we received a message stating that there would be no refund whatsoever, as we had allegedly agreed to stay in the alternative accommodation. This final communication was the culmination of a three-hour ordeal, during which no refunds or compensations were offered despite the considerable inconvenience we endured.
Reflecting on our experience, we deeply regret not consulting Google reviews prior to booking on Airbnb. Had we done so, we would have been forewarned by the numerous previous reviews echoing our frustrating encounter. Take our word for it: steer...

We planned to stay here from 22 up until 24 April 2022. As we were informed that there would most likely be a strike by Ryanair’s cabin crew on 22 April, we contacted Altido on 16 April and again on 17 April (the latest date on which we could have cancelled our trip and receive a full refund). We explained our situation to Altido and requested whether there would be a possibility to still cancel our trip later that week (when we would have certainty about the strike) or postpone our trip to a later moment that week (without losing the possibility to receive a full refund).
Someone from Altido confirmed by email that this was indeed possible with no further conditions or restrictions; the only possible additional cost would relate to the fact that we would travel in a more expensive period of the year e.g. in the summer the prices would be higher.
On 20 April it was confirmed by Ryanair that there would indeed be a strike and that we would not be able to travel to Lisboa. We have immediately informed Altido that we wanted to postpone our trip, as discussed. They informed us that this was not possible (although we were previously informed otherwise, and this was just 3 days earlier).
We have contacted Airbnb who confirmed that the Airbnb policy does allow such alterations and that they would do anything in their power to help us. Airbnb negotiated with them for several days, but Altido was not willing to look for any solution and did not even want us to postpone and re-book. We called Altido multiple times to re-explain our situation, but they were aggressive and not helpful at all in their communications.
