This is the best taco place in Lisbon and surrounding. Do not let anyone tell you anything else.

I have spent months in Mexico and can only testify to the 100% authenticity of these tacos.

Overall: (5/5) Super taste, super authentic, super cheap. A prayer goes out for all who have not yet discovered this place. If you want good tacos, come here. If you are looking for an overall dining experience, however, this is the wrong place.

Detailed: This place is very much what you expect from Mexican street food. Plastic chairs, a fridge to grab drinks, only 3 choices of tacos. This is not a fancy place and it should not be. But it serves better tacos than any of the (arguably extremely nice and also good) Mexican restaurants in Lisbon.

Taste: (5/5) So good. The vegetarian one is a super choice, alsonfor meat lovers. But the Pastor ones (beef) are just so great. A taco is simple, it's some good meat or filling and a tortilla. There is not much to do here. They offer cheese. You get some salsa, some sauce, and some broth to top your tacos. Great.

Cost: (5/5) Great. The taco o'clock is amazing. And even outside of that, they are one of the cheapest tacos in Lisbon. And they are the best, I cannot reiterate that often enough.

Speed: (5/5) For street food, we look at speed. And it takes around 5 minutes from order to eating. Better than...

After a very long day, where we hadn’t eaten ANYTHING, we decided that we wanted to grab some tacos. Back in Malta, there aren’t a lot of taco places, and the one we had went to at home, it wasn’t as great, so we didn’t know what to expect from here.

The place its self is very nice, I love the mix with the white tiles and red grout aswell as the metal wall. On the otherhand, it was pretty dirty and needed a good clean. Could be that the people before were careless and left a mess. The metal chairs also make a lot of noise where if you’re eating you just heard a loud screeching noise. If you want to go there for a quiet lunch or dinner, I would think twice.

The food was okay aswell. But WARNING ⚠️ don’t go if you’re EXTREMELY HUNGRY. You get a choice of 3 tacos with a drink. We got that and we weren’t as full as we thought we would be. We ended up going to another food place to finish our craving. If they had some sort of sides, like nachos it would’ve been a lot better.

The atmosphere of this place is really cool. I think that’s where the buzz comes from. Lots of teens attending where this restaurant has gone viral on TikTok. We waited just under one hour from 18:45 on a Wednesday evening. Ordered all types of tacos and a couple of the quesadillas. Cashier got our order wrong and was very rude when we caught it just before being charged, but that’s fine... It’s super busy and I get that she’s probably very stressed, to be honest we found her behaviour kind of funny. Other staff were great!! However, sadly, the food is just gross. Super dry/ stale corn tortillas, the fillings (beef/ pork/ mushroom) are unfortunately flavourless and chewy (esp the mushrooms some of which had to be spat out due to inedible texture) so lots of sauce needed. The tables are kept clean and turned around pretty quickly.
