Street Smash Burgers — Restaurant in Lisbon

First off, let me start off by saying that this was not my choice. This was around the corner from the Airbnb my friend was staying at. Go into this burger place and everything started off fine until my girlfriend went to pay. She is paying with cash because we brought a lot while we are on vacation. Well that was a mistake. They didn't have enough change in the register to give us money back. What an ordeal.... Like 5 or so mins to figure out how to give us money back. We had to do math for her. Some regular behind us was rolling his eyes and huffing... Sorry my guy. Not our fault. Go to the bank and get change if possible.... People still pay with cash. And the food. Do you not season the meat? The meat didn't taste like anything. God forbid you add some seasoning to it. Was not a good experience. The fries were meh at best. Lucky for me I don't travel to Lisbon often so I don't ever have to endure your awful service and...

As an American - this was hands down one of the best smash burgers I have ever had. If I had not grabbed one for my fiancé and I to bring back up to the Airbnb and actually had a bite before traveling up that hill - the possibility of getting two certainly would have crossed my mind. Hats off to this excellent establishment. Open late, and just crushing the late night food scene in Lisbon. Well done, looking forward to visiting again tomorrow! When they say smash burger they mean it, these ladies smashed THE HELL out of the patties!! They still managed to keep the centre juicy, the ingredients were fresh and the burgers tasted great. I ordered two burgers, the classic burger and bacon burger with sweet fries and my girl ordered a classic burger with truffle fries…the truffles were truffling 1000/10 and the sweets fries were banging! I don’t have any pictures as the food is in my belly, I haven’t eaten the bacon burger yet and I don’t wanna take a picture of it just in case somebody comes to my hotel room...
