Conveniently located about 15 minutes from the airport and about the same to Oriente train station, this place has everything you can possibly need. We had a studio with a sofa bed, very spacious, nice big screen 55 onch TV, nice size fridge, toaster, Nespresso coffeemaker, plates, cups glasses. All sorts of kitchen amenities. What impressed me the most was they had a jug of fresh cold water waiting for us in the fridge. A very welcome ammenity after a long day of traveling. The bathroom was roomy, great water pressure and nice hot steamy (scalding) water for those that like very hot showers. Very comfortable bed, plenty pillows and nice comforter. Plenty of closet space. Only drawback, if you are not used to using your smarphone for check ins, this is not the place for you. Or if the battery on your phone died, you are screwed, especially if you dodnt get the email with the access code to get in. I received instructions that I would receive it within 24 hours of check in and did not. I called and said I would receive it the DAY OF check in at 3 pm. Keep an eye for that email. But its a metter of getting used to your smartphone, getting the Limehome app and adapting to the new world (🧐). The view wasnt the best, it is what it is. I would rate the rooms with a 10 out of 10. Cleanliness a 10 out of 10. Maintenance/housekeeping a 9.5, some issue with the grout around the toilet and some mold at the base of the shower floor/corners. Read moreEu aluguei um quarto e efetuei o pagamento pelo booking, chegando em Portugal eu recebo uma mensagem que a acomodação a qual eu ficaria não estaria mais disponível, eles me deram 2 opções, o cancelamento integral ou ficar em outro quarto, pelo menos foi o que eu entendi (eu trocaria de quarto tranquilamente), porém chegando na acomodação eu entrei em contato com eles e eles me deram um endereço a 18 minutos de distância, no qual tem uma subida íngreme que o carro nem conseguiu subir e o taxi acabou me deixando na metade da subida pra que eu fosse andando até o novo local, liguei pra eles novamente e eles me pediram pra efetuar o pedido de isenção das taxas pelo aplicativo, assim o fiz, porém não obtive o estorno, tive que entrar em contato com o booking pra conseguir reaver meu dinheiro, porém acabei ficando na rua com malas até conseguir um novo hotel para me hospedar. E mais um detalhe, quando eu abri o app do booking o quarto que eu havia alugado ainda estava disponível, fiquei incrédula, liguei e questionei e eles falaram que o quarto estaria em manutenção, porém no site aparecia disponível...
