A long awaited visit. After passing through Santa Lúcia's Pizzaria Restaurant for several months on my way to and from work, i finally stopped by for my friday night dinner. I ordered some focaccia aglio (first picture), which was brought to me within 10 minutes, a 5 stagioni pizza to which i added bacon and tiramisu. I had never tried focaccia aglio, and was expecting something on the lines of garlic bread. I was obviously surprised when it was brought to me. It was very crispy and the garlic, olive oil and oregano seasoning give it a light flavor, however i found it a bit underwhelming. The pizza arrived roughly around 20 to 25 minutes after i placed the order. They only serve individual sized pizzas and, as someone who has a big appetite, i have to say that, coupled with the focaccia aglio, i was satisfied at the end. The pizzas's come in classic, italian style crispy thin crust dough. I went for the 5 stagioni (5 seasons) pizza. I added bacon to it as for me pizza without bacon is like beer without alchool. It was good. Nothing special. It doesn't rank particularly high on my experiences with pizza but it got the job done. The best part was definitely the dessert. That tiramisu is to die for. It was clearly fresh. The cream and top layer was so creamy and smooth you can almost feel it dissolving in your mouth. The bottom pastry layer was delicious and juicy and mixed with the cream it just makes your tasting buds go places. You will be sorry for not having taking longer to eat it. Definitely the star of the menu, in my opinion. To wrap it up, the staff is polite and caring. I felt they took a little bit to come to me sometimes as i was alone and sitting outside which probably was due to the fact that there were larger groups of costumers eating there. Tends to happen in restaurants in general. Only negative take was the ventilation machine they have facing the tables outside. It was pumping hot, smoky air from the inside of the restaurant to the exterior and if you sit on the tables around it (black window like opening on left side wall facing the road) you end smelling of smoke and pizza dough. Not very pleasing. All in all, it was a mildly good experience and i would reccomend it if you enjoy classic, italian style pizzas. It pleases but it doesn't particularly impress.

A lovely local Italian place with a home-y atmosphere in the business district of Lisbon. While sitting at their terrace you have the view of the main Campo Pequeno building. A genuine Italian works there behind the furnace, making fresh dough on a daily and I am very thankful he does so. I've visited them three times so far and I'm looking forward to the next pie. Thin and tasty pizza, with a crunchy crust. My personal favorite is the pizza Bresaola. Fritti, Scampi, e Chianti, calamari, Lúcia sei per me - NUMERO UNO! Cannelloni, Luca Toni, Pepperoni Luca sei per me - NUMERO UNO! Bella Donna, Mama Mia, Alimenti, Ciao Ciao, Roma Roma, Ribery, Amore Mio! Mozzarella, Mortadella, Mit Nutella Luca sei per me - NUMERO UNO. :)

This is a tiny hole in the wall spot with some seriously good pizza! I had to visit after reading the reviews and was not disappointed. We got the mushroom and Sicilian pizzas, plus a side of the oven roasted veggies, some white wine and a grappa Italiano. The crust is PAPER THIN and so crispy and flavourful, the toppings were fresh and not too heavy. Ended the night with a tiramisu which was not too sweet and delicious. Service was friendly and efficient, and the pizzas came out super fast. It was fun to watch the dough being shaped behind the counter! I’m not joking, we’re going back tomorrow.

I would have loved to give a 5 star rating to this place, but unfortunately due to their poor and rude customer service I won’t be and it doesn’t even deserve a star. I had a take out from there yesterday and the amount paid was hefty, so I thought of going there and take my family to dine in, mind you, we have a child who’s autistic and doesn’t prefer to eat what we eat, so for the child we had a takeout from a different restaurant (fast food) and came to this place and we sat down and got comfortable and the waitress saw us and never said anything, but she waited until their chef came to take our order and in that moment he blew up on us in front of the other customers with zero empathy for the children and started lecturing us and saying it’s disrespectful to get food from other restaurants in this restaurant and no other restaurant accepts that (we live in portugal and we have never faced such issue) and not only that, the chef was very rude and impolite and wouldn’t even give us a chance to explain the child’s condition (autism) and when we saw how his reaction was, we immediately said we would leave that place. If your food is good, but you are disrespectful to your customers, that shows that your staff lacks a sense of costumer service and etiquette. I don’t have to show a report to prove the child’s condition, after all he’s a child and children have their own food preferences and even babies have their own food, unlike adults and we’re a family and your staff made a big deal because of one child (autistic) eating from another restaurant in your restaurant. Is this a restaurant for people to eat or a school? What a shame. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 never again and won’t even recommend it to any of my...

I had a bad experience at Santa Lúcia Pizzaria Restaurante due to the dishonesty of the waiter who was in-service on the night of 12/16/2020.

Although there is advertising for the partnership with The Fork application, the restaurant refused to apply the -40% discount on the menu price even after the confirmation of booking in the App.

I arrived around 7:40 pm at the restaurant with the reservation for 8:00 pm. As the restaurant was with many available tables, I asked the attendant if it would be possible to advance the reservation since I would be going to a show scheduled to 8:30 pm in Campo Pequeno.

Very cordially, he said there was no problem and invited me and my friend to come in. Dinner went without any problem. However, when I asked for the bill I had the unfortunate surprise that it came without the promotion as announced on the menu.

I questioned that to the attendant and he started trying to disguise his dishonesty and bad faith to a situation of misunderstanding. I opened the application and showed him the confirmed reservation, even so, he said that the reservation in my name for 8 pm was a "no show". Yes, even though I was at the restaurant having dinner since 7:40 pm!

He refused to apply the discount taking advantage of the fact that he knew we had a show about to start. He also refused to call the manager, stating thar he was the responsible for the establishment. This type of fraud is a shame. Taking advantage to the consumer's vulnerability outraging. In order not to miss the show I found myself obliged to overpaid for...
