A complete disappointment across the board. I read reviews often and wonder if they are a result of some one off bad experience but if you bother to read this you will understand how objective and accurate this review is:
We tried to reserve a table online for 6pm and they had no availability. We put ourselves on the waitlist and they removed our name. So we just showed up at 530pm and the place was empty.
The place closes at 7pm and they were turning away folks walking it at 615pm saying they are closing soon. The waitress didn’t bother to come take our order after being seated. We had to go in and ask for her attention while she’s just chatting it up with kitchen staff. Took our order without writing it down and proceeded to forget one person’s meal. Classic.
The veggie burger was a texture that’s something between playdough and slime. It’s made of lentils but is completely flavorless and disappointing.
The salad came out with lettuce that was dirty and had small bugs in them. We asked for olive oil and they offered a small cup. When asking for more they said there’s an extra charge.
Food was forgettable. Service totally unacceptable. An atmosphere that was sad with staff that clearly just want to leave and don’t...

The menu boasts about the savoury granola all over but on the dishes we had (mushrooms & vegan tartare) it was just a vague, unnoticeable sprinkling of seeds. And they charged us €2 for one badly cut slice of bread when we asked for extra because they’d given us less than 1 slice with the tartare. To be fair - the waitress did seem embarrassed about this. If you’re looking for food Therapy, this...
Read moreWe are a family of the constantly looking for restaurants offering healthy (raw, wholesome, vegetarian, vegetables, etc.) Food, and THE THERAPIST restaurant in LX FACTORY nailed the criteria!
Pictured are the egg-avocado toast, an alcohol free beer and one of the kid's dishes (lentil balls and rice pasta).
Needless to say, everything was succulent.
The waiters are very friendly and you don't have to wait a long time for your order to arrive.
It's wildly popular so it's possible that you have to wait a little bit, until you get seated.
There is indoor and outdoor seating available. Indoors is also a corner where you can buy food articles.
The only unfortunate experience we had was that the rest of one dish and our waters got taken away while we were changing our toddlers diaper just 2 meters away,...
