Great apartment near everything. we had the loft and it is up 3 long flights of stairs. if you are not in shape it is going to be rough. The location is great, near everything historical and the square if lively everynight. I would recommend this place.
The apartment is located right off the main square of Ponta Delgado, the perfect place to be. Just a short walk to taxi's, restaurants, shops and food markets. There are 3apartments some up 1flight of stairs, 1up 2and the last up three. That is the one we stayed in. The apartment is a very good size and comes equipped with elevery thing you need. The AC worked well. One downfall is the noise, there is a strip club behind it and some bars that are opened late and maybe it is just people in the square. We had 2 nights that is was hard to sleep due to the noise. The stairs were also a challenge on some days!No elevator. Over all a great place to...

Loved the apartment (it’s not the one pictured but very similar). Clean, spacious, cosy, has everything you need. Air con unit too in case it’s hot. Very welcoming, friendly lady met us at the door and gave us the codes to access the apartment. It’s in such a convenient location, close to the marina, restaurants, bars etc. quick to walk anywhere in the city. It’s next to the main city church and it chimes loudly on the hour from 8am, so you’ll be woken by that but it was fine for us. Meant we got up early and did more with our day! I highly recommend this apartment. Also while I’m here I advise to see the botanical gardens at the top of the city, beautiful! Also recommend Futurismo whale tours.
