Our stay at the apartment in the heart of Porto was absolutely fantastic. Perfectly situated for night owls, its central location allowed us to easily explore the vibrant city. The apartment itself was exquisite, featuring high ceilings, a comfortable couch, and stylish decor that made it a top-notch accommodation in the midst of Porto.

The apartment was impeccably furnished with everything we needed, from glasses and pans to a stove and hairdryer. It truly felt like a home away from home, with thoughtful amenities that enhanced our stay.

The highlight for us was the attention to detail in the apartment's design and functionality. Every corner was well-thought-out, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

My mistake. This was actually the Lisbon location. I was jetlagged. I don't know how to change it to the right location. All I can say is that we LOVED this place. Will be back next year! Entering with the outside door code was easy. There was an elevator. Then each unit has a door code. Everything was spotlessly clean. Beautiful place with view of the Cathedral. 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths plus a couch. Kitchen was well appointed and even had a washer/dryer combo. The space is beautiful, but the service is bad. 1) There were rules and guidelines printed and hung on the door that clearly stated that if we were staying for 3 or more night we were entitled to a free cleaning service. As we were staying for 3 nights I requested that service through their whatsapp number and their first response was that we were only allowed free cleaning if we were staying for 7 days. I had to argue a lot with them to get them to clean the rooms. They were unorganized and came late. 2) The bathroom was out of hand soap and shower gel and when i requested a refill they said they were out of stock and that it was basically my problem to deal with.
