HaoBo Porto Center — Hotel in Porto

Super helpful staff, great location on a quiet street but right between 2 plazas, shared patio, beautiful rooms with balcony option, super clean shared kitchen so you can buy stuff at the market. We loved being able to have ice cream and ice coffee in the fridge! Most importantly, we had a unique problem. The post office lost ALL our luggage, It had nothing to do with the hotel, but Antonio helped us make phone calls (I don't speak Portuguese), he researched our tracking number, and finally after we were long gone home to the U.S, Antonio called us because he went to the post office on his own time and found our luggage!!! Above all, we had a unique situation. The Spanish post office lost all our luggage! I stayed here two times and whenever I need a place to stay in Porto, I will for sure return. The service is very friendly and the acommodation is located excellent! You can easily explore the City Center from here. Also, the rooms and bathrooms were super tidy and clean during my two stays. I also had not to worry about noise.
