Oporto Trendy River — Hotel in Porto

I wouldn't book this again. The location is great. However, due to the infrastructure of the building, there is little to no soundproofing. Also, I had booked through a hotel booking platform, and no mention of quiet hours were provided.

I am not a party person was there with my family. My daughter inlaws and husband, the owner called me screaming saying we were getting complaints of noise which came from the people downstairs while we watched tv in living room and walked back and forth.

Quiet hours also occurred in the morning and the neighbors were not compliant (we flew from USA so had different hours of jet lag) We didn't complain thou because understood the house is made of wood.

they called me from an international number causing me a surcharge.

The platform I used did not mention any rules I checked 3x however they are posted...

This is a great apartment for a family. We had three kids traveling with us. One sleeped on the fold-out couch. The only issue I have is you can't take two showers at the same time because it lowers the water pressure too much.

The location is fantastic when you wake up you're right next to the river My wife and I would go out in the mornings and work out before everyone...

I stayed for 3 nights with my husband as a honeymoon. Nice view in the room like a photo. Nice location for river view. No reception lounge. Must contact with host via Whats app. No cleaning services (not enough towel for several days and it has to request for it to host through app). Kind host. Good air conditioning system and elevator.
