Unethical business who tries to rip off customers. I ordered three pastel de nata but they charged me for four. The server who got the pastel de nata for me clearly gave me three but verbally told the front counter to ring up four, thinking I don't speak spanish. Even after questioning them, they put up a fuss and made it hard to give me the missing pastel de nata. A local Portuguese had to step in to help me, and the front counter had to print out my ticket to realize they made a mistake. It was a very unpleasant experience to get ripped off and have to fight to get what you pay for. Not worth a visit as it leaves a bad taste in the mouth. Maybe because I am Asian, they could be racist, and think they can freely rip Asians off. It's disappointing as a tour guide led us to this place, so I will inform the tour guide to not recommend this place or warn tourists that they may overcharge unfairly. The pastel de nata was cold and service sucked, so I would...

The space looks ok, clean, not particularly fancy, just the average cafeteria in the neighbourhood now adapted to the huge influx of tourists without loosing the traditional appeal to locals. The place was very busy already at 7am on a Saturday morning, more than half full, mostly tourists, a few locals, but I didn't have to wait for too long. Everything l ordered (croissant, tuna sandwich, slices of pizza) was in order, looking and tasting good. The prices are average or just slightly above it when compared to non touristic zones in Lisbon (I can't compare with other places at Porto). All in all a place...

A somewhat hidden gem in the middle of the touristy old city. Had a nice but a bit busy atmosphere inside the cafe with a mix of locals and tourists, but I recommend taking it to go and sitting down the road by the parking lot with a beautiful view of the river. The sweet staff laughed a bit when I looked confused by the small price. Got two small loaves of bread, two Pastel de Nata, a big walnut muffin and an americano for 6,5 euros. All so good, muffin and cakes were amazing and you could tell the bread was fresh, both...
