The room of the apartment we had is on the 6th floor. There is a lift to the 5th floor and then you have to use the stairs to the 6th floor. The apartment contains a separate bathroom, kitchen and bedroom area. In the bathroom soap, shampoo, toilet paper and shower gel had been provided. The kitchen was equipped with everything to prepare a meal. Coffee, tea, water and croissants were provided. There is an electric kettle, coffee machine and fridge. The room was cleaned every couple of days. Additional coffee and croissants were provided. A good price for a city centre location that was in easy access to the attractions. Within 24 hours details of how to access the building and apartment were provided. The owners answered any questions we had quickly. Not a great start to out Porto trip...double booked so downgraded to a different room. Which we couldn't get into because the lock was broken! After several texts, the last one being the helpful advice of "try pushing it harder"!? A helpful young man came out, and despite, "pushing it harder" couldn't get in either. We then learn that this happens all the time and that the owner refuses to fix the problem?! So off to our third room...an upgrade. Lovely room, great view from the 4th floor...but...single beds!!. A hospedagem superou as minhas expectativas, primeiramente por sua localização perfeita, ao lado da Estação São Bento, ponto logístico para acessar qualquer ponto do Porto usando o metrô ou para embarcar no trem urbano para Guimarães, Aveiro, Braga e outras cidades mais. Usando o app Bolt, o Terminal Campanhã onde pega trens para longas distâncias ou ônibus fica a cerca de 10 minutos. A experiência de check-in foi muito agradável, em tempo eu recebi as senhas de acesso ao edifício e apartamento e no dia havia disponibilidade de deixar as malas antecipadamente com a simpática menina da limpeza, já que o hóspede anterior tinha já feito o check-out. O anfitrião Pedro respondeu a todas as perguntas prévias no WhatsApp e se mostrou disponível sempre. O banheiro era muito limpo, reformado e confortável, assim como no apartamento além da boa cama tinham fogão, geladeira, máquina de lavar roupas com secadora e alguns itens de cozinha como copos, pratos, xícaras etc. De cortesia ainda deixaram uma cápsulas de Nespresso para usar na máquina também disponível e uma água, que ajudou bastante na chegada a cidade. Quanta a segurança podem ficar tranquilos, andei a cidade toda saindo do edifício e não tive quaisquer problemas, basta ter cuidados básicos que se deve ter numa grande cidade, fora isso pode usar smartphone, câmera fotográfica, sacar dinheiro em ATM (inclusive tem um no pilotis da...
