Today's visit to "Natas Lisboa" was nothing short of a charming surprise. My girlfriend and I initially had our hearts set on a simple cappuccino and black coffee. However, our attention was effortlessly stolen by the barista's artful presentation of two stunning beverages, which they served to a nearby table. Intrigued by their visual appeal, we knew we had to indulge. The barista was attentive and inquired about our preferences, going the extra mile to craft a vegan version of the drink for me, as I'm unable to consume milk. The drinks we received were nothing short of fabulous – a delightful treat to our taste buds. Not only were the drinks exceptional in flavor, but the prices were also pleasantly reasonable. Coupled with the friendly and exceedingly professional service, "Natas Lisboa" has quickly become an essential stop on our itinerary whenever we find ourselves in Porto. We eagerly anticipate our next visit to this delightful café.

Nata Café is a wonderful place to start your day in Porto. The café is located in the heart of the city, just a short walk from the São Bento train station. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they make sure you have everything you need to enjoy your meal. The breakfast menu is extensive and offers a variety of options to suit all tastes. I had the breakfast table and I also had a pastel de nata, which is a traditional Portuguese custard tart. The pastel de nata was flaky and delicious. The custard was creamy and flavorful, and it was the perfect way to end my meal. I highly recommend Nata Café to anyone looking for a delicious and affordable breakfast in Porto. The friendly staff and the delicious food will definitely make you want to come back for more

Came in for a little quick snack and soft drink. It surprised us both how nice the food was!! We had the soup of the day which was green bean. It was vegetable soup with some carrot and green beans. Surprisingly really tasty. Got a bonus meat pie at the end which was heated up. It was cold in the middle, not sure if that's the way it's supposed to be served or not but I still really enjoyed it. Generous filling inside the pie. They serve fresh home made juices/iced tea too. The best part about this place was the staff though. Super friendly and approachable. One guy was speaking at least 3 languages while we were there. So impressive!!!! I would definitely say stop here for food and drinks.

If this was a review for the Natas alone it would be 5 stars. Unfortunately our overall experience this morning was much less than that, and disappointing as a whole. Firstly we were met with numerous empty tables outside that were not clean, on clearing a space for ourselves our food/drink order was taken. We had to wait over 30 minutes for just coffee and pastries to be brought to us, whilst seeing that tables that arrived after us were being served first. The cappuccinos were sub standard and had a bitter taste, not ideal noting the price is just under €3. I’d come back here but only to purchase the Natas for take-away.

I didn’t have a good experience here. I tried to order from the cashier directly, but as I was going to sit inside the restaurant, they wanted me to order from the waiter, though they had no line. I waited over 10 minutes as they only had one waiter around 9:30am this morning and was waiting on other customers. Customers that came in after me got service so I had went back up to the cashier after 15 minutes and then took my order :/ The coffee and juice were good, but the croissant didn’t taste fresh. And they also charge a 10% service charge for eating inside the restaurant.

Staff were friendly and food was ok, however, RECONSIDER if there are more than three tables already before you sit down because waiting time is VERY LONG. We waited 15 minutes to order and another 30 minutes to receive our tea and toast with jam. What was worse was other tables arriving and ordering sandwiches after us got their food first, clearly NO ORGANISATION at the kitchen. Customers for takeaways got served first and faster also so clearly customers sitting down have second priority. Management should review their operational model.
