I do not recommend!!!| I make a clarification from the beginning: I have the discussion with the one who manages the location, we have an invoice for accommodation, proof of payment, the prose is eloquent.| They chose to pass the reservation as canceled, even though I stayed there, after I posted the review, a trick that is not right.| Dust, dirt everywhere, everything dirty. I notified the person who manages the apartment and he sent a lady who was in charge of "cleaning"...she vacuumed on the floor with a vacuum cleaner rod, after the dust on the furniture, the mess in the bathroom (next to the toilet where it was yellow and the shower cabin where there was hair and dirt from those who stayed before probably) and with the same rod the drawers of the kitchen cabinet with pots, plates and cutlery.| Cleanliness was nothing but vacuumed... Definitely not coming back or recommending this place to anyone. If it wasn't for New Year's Eve, we would have gone for sure, but it was difficult to find something 3 days before a location for 5 days. We tried to stay away as much as possible and to find as many activities as possible outside the accommodation.| Cobwebs everywhere, dirty tiles/tiles to say the least, pans with slush on them and food stuck/smoked, bits of broken parquet, it creaks when you walk even on the toes, impossible for anyone to sleep when you walk, pots with mold in them, furniture stained with grease and grime, refrigerator| Remotely regulated thermostat temperature. We wanted, when we came from the pool, to set it to 23 degrees as it was quite cold when we arrived, they changed the temperature to 21 and started the boiler when it was 20 degrees. Cold and overnight at 20 degrees.| The next day they probably wanted to make fun of us and only kept us at 25 degrees even though we set it at 22 so it wouldn't be too hot. Uncomfortable and this aspect.| I'm sorry I can't attach all the pictures I took here.| Everything stained and dirty, the cleaning lady suggested we cover the armchair with a blanket so we don't see the mess anymore. Dirty toaster, same kettle, hob not working, shower mixer full of limescale and broken, yellow slime next to the toilet bowl (you can imagine what was there), dust on the floor, nails cut into the carpet from others tourists, hair tufts everywhere...horrible!| I forgot to mention that I asked the day before how to check in and they told us that we will get what we need the next day.| We had to check in by 3:00 p.m., it would have been normal for us to have all the details by that time, but NO, it was 3:08 p.m. when we kept calling and the voicemail came in, we had already been going around for 30 minutes and no one told us how to we are staying Someone answered later, probably forgot about us, and gave us the details, but it's not normal not to know some aspects before the actual accommodation.| The list can go on and on, but that's all we've got for now.| By far the dirtiest and ugliest...

Read moreThe very first aparment i will give 1 rating and will definitely lined up why? ||first of all, it wasnt my intention to write my come back travel review on trip advisor with this overwhelming experience and could have let it go if it wasnt this trip with my 4kids. (4yrs., 6yrs 12 and 13. plus 3adults).||we were traveling to Brasov and booked 2nights, 28th - 30th March, in the morning the apartment name is via booking.com 1881 Old Apartment, str Poarta schei 16, Braşov, 500020, Romania. Heres the exact address to be very specific. |||I wanted express my utmost disappointment on the customer service part of this apartment. we may have arrived late thus sent messgesssss to the apartment prior to inform them that we are on the way and expect delay on our arrival.||Despite of the fact that we arrived at the location, knocked and ring the bell,ask for several help from people near by. We called the contact details posted on their website several times and it is unreachable. last thing we even done is knocked on the windows door and yet no response. ||I am sharing this unpleasant experience to everyone for the intended reason of this shouldn’t happen for whatever reason they may have to anyone specially to a family arriving from a long travel just to be ignored. not to mention freezing cold in Brasov. ||My only regrets is I have spent somuch time figuring out if maybe perhaps they should be someone kinder knowing i have my kids and atleast explained that the aparment is booked to someone else already. things truly can happen. would have understood better if well explained.||I am highly NOT recommending...
