Ok so negatives first….||We stayed in A1 , group of friends stag do…my brother was adamant we had something crawling in the beds potentially beg bugs but I never saw out however the day I travelled home I did have several bites but again this could have been from anywhere.||The shower badly over flowed and I’m|Talking inches of water was like a wet and wild this even spilled out from the bathroom onto the main floor of apartment ( not ideal ) ||I also asked about the pool and sauna to be told 1st day I had to book it which fine , then when I went to book it I was told there’s a charge , however this was meant to be included in price.||Anyways apart from that it’s a really nice place , the shower is great ( minus the flooding ) apartment nice and clean with a lot of amenities.||Great location , bar next down is cool and unique.||Breakfast is ok, it’s included in the price so can’t complain, there’s a lovely bakery round the corner though I went here on 3rd day.||Key tip - it says water is safe to drink out the tap bur mine was very cloudy so best to buy big bottles from the shop.||But yeah good accommodation overall , really nice friendly staff i think 3/5 is fair as room for improvement for sure.||Would I come again...

This is my 5th year in a row I'm coming to this hotel, hotel staff is wonderful however, the restaurant staff on lower level is horrendous, unprofessional and arrogant. I came to the restaurant with the family to have coffee and whatever they were serving which is limited. Anyhow, the family placed an order I myself was not hungry. I myself was having some pumpkin seeds. I was then approached by an arrogant waitress named Nikolina, she told me that I was not allowed to munch on seeds. Gotta say I was kind of baffled to the approach, was it because I didn't purchase the seeds from the restaurant?, really I don't know but, what I do know is this will be my last time coming here for sure, never again! Passpartu Hotel you need to do a better job hiring someone because Nikolina represents you, she only brings harm to the business and a bad...

Stayed here with my wife and daughters. Very convenient location for the old town. ||||The room was very well decorated but very poorly maintained. Bedroom door handle not attached, bathroom door hinge hanging off the door post making it hard to close. Shower door wouldn't close properly meaning the shower leaked out over the floor.||||Breakfast was not good for our taste but I understand that Serbians may like what was on offer. 3 types of bread on day 1 of which we ate 1, 2 types of bread on day 2 and 1 type left for day 3.||||Staff were friendly and service ok. The highlight was the lady who serviced the room who was great advising us of the sights and where to go. Also of the location of the supermarket about 200m away. ||||I might stay here again but would probably investigate...
