Queen Palace Hotel — Hotel in City of Novi Sad

Its my second time here booking main apartment with terrace and spa bath . First time was ok, but this time is terrible. When we enter room, there was cockroach in bathroom and dirty pillow. We call reception and they bring immediately clean pillow and take cake of cockroach. But talking about first impressions. We went then to restaurant to have short drink on small beautiful balcony and waiter said we cant sit there if we dont eat. ( I think its only place where you can have cigarette smoke ). We then take 2 cakes on force and injoy on terrace. We bring toy bear from bar to take picture with him on terrace. This waiter wasnt much happy about it. First time I did same thing and girl that work even offer with smile to take picture of me.

When we come back in room smell from bathroom was really terrible. They have issue with canalization as its old building. Its so bad that I litterly cant sleep in room, what is happening to me right now. 5am at terrace…and its beautiful view and have got jacuzzi…but. Jacuzzi wasnt clean. My friend was inside and she didnt notice. But later when I go inside , I notice that surface inside have some stuff on it. I told receptionist , they said that they will look into it. But I guess they cant do nothing. They need to take water out and wash surface. I guess. Dont have much experience with jacuzzi, but it didnt was like this when I was first time. And I couldn't relax in it. Constantly thinking about it. But beside that, you can make cool holiday images during day and evening, what we did. But for relax and enjoying this isnt the place.

Restaurant ambient is amazing with some cool stuff. Location of hotel cant be better. Terrace with view on Cathedral is stunning. Its really nice place but canalization smell is big issue. With that smell around, you question how clean is everything else.

Overall high price for location and amazing view on terrace. Maybe best in Novi Sad. Hopefully hotel will fix canalizations issue. As I would definitely love to...

If you would like to stay in the very heart of Downtown Novi Sad: this is your temporary home. Highly recommend! Very satisfied and pleased with everything!

Our visit was very pleasant, we had everything what you needed to have ~ even more than you will expect! Located in the very heart of this beautiful city; this accommodation will give you privacy, quiet nights for good sleep and rest and exceptional hospitality!

Novi Sad is as beautiful as it is always & gives us every time the same exceptional welcome experience! I love Novi Sad from all of my heart, people here and everything!

Our accommodation included breakfast & we were beyond satisfied with extremely wide selection of food ~ which was so very delicious!

I will add: they have really good / excellent coffee!

/ p.s. Since of the location of this accommodation : parking is available nearby. We left our car in a public parking place (beside Narodno pozorište - National Theatre) & price is acc. $10-15 for 24 hour parking. Safe and under camera surveillance. I will be honest: I don’t know does this Hotel offer a parking place, but I never asked for it because I knew exactly where I will park my car in advance & it was available for us within 2 minutes of walking distance from this Hotel.)

Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs

I stayed at Queen Palace Hotel in Novi Sad for a friend’s wedding — she had kindly booked rooms here for me and several other guests. What should have been a joyful weekend quickly turned into a complete nightmare.

When we arrived at 11pm, we were told that none of the rooms had working air conditioning — something they conveniently failed to mention beforehand. Their solution? Cram three adult guests into one room and promise a portable air conditioner that never arrived. It was boiling hot, and we couldn’t sleep at all — which was awful considering we had to get ready for a wedding the next day.

The problems didn’t end there:

The room was filthy, with cobwebs everywhere. Towels were never changed, and the room was never cleaned during our stay. And not to mention the disgusting smell of drainage!!! The receptionist was rude and completely unhelpful, offering zero solutions and clearly not caring. No sign of the manager or owner, even after complaints — we were completely ignored. Despite everything, we were still charged full price.

This hotel was a total disgrace. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Save yourself the stress and stay somewhere else — **this place is not worth your...
