Where to start other than a terrible hotel and avoid at all cost. We were booked to stay for 3 nights and left early. Firstly we arrived late at night and were just grateful to get our heads down as we tried to ignore the bad smell and shabby room.| We went down for breakfast the first morning enquired about breakfast and were shown into the bar area there was no buffet to be seen we were handed a sheet of paper offering various choices of eggs, a cold breakfast tea/coffee. |We asked for orange juice and were charged extra for it. We had to rush out as we were booked on a trip so didn’t arrive back till late only to be greeted with a hotel full of teenagers who ran rampant throughout the hotel shouting, laughing, screaming and banging on doors till well past 4.30 in the morning. Finally managed to drop off to sleep only to have their teacher bang on our door along with every other door on our floor at 8 am.|Upon going down for breakfast we complained to reception only to be told they had had similar complaints and unfortunately the school was booked in for another night. |We also complained about no buffet breakfast as per the pics on booking.com only to be told breakfast was on the 3rd floor. |Again room was overrun with teenagers and the buffet breakfast if that’s what you call it was disgusting. 3 trays of ham and cheese, a food warmer full of cold fried eggs and one with cut up sausages, boiled eggs and stale bread no tea coffee or juice. We went back down to reception to complain yet again where a man from the bar area joined our conversation with the reception staff they seemed to be having a discussion about what was on offer and what wasn’t in the end the bar man took us into the bar area again and offered us the same sheet of paper and offered to cook us something fresh. |Upon trying to get back to our room again fighting to get in the lift through a gang of teenagers we decided we had had enough and couldn’t face another night of mayhem. We packed up and left when we enquired about a refund we were told the manager was off and to contact him The following week. As yet we’re still waiting for a reply|As for faults whole hotel needs a good deep clean, safe and fridge in our room wasn’t working curtains hanging off rail and didn’t close properly.|Room furniture had handles missing, carpet and bedding were stained. headboard was broken. Both bedside lamps didn’t work shades were broken and stained. Bathroom shower leaked and drain had a piece of plastic covering it to try and keep the smell out unfortunately this didn’t work. Room obviously hadn’t been cleaned properly as a receipt from two weeks prior to our stay was also found on the floor. Lift had an out of order notice taped to the door even though the lift was working, on checking other reviews it seems it’s been on the since at least 2019.|Unfortunately it’s only after check in that we realised we must have made a mistake when originally booking this hotel and booked a different one to the reviews we read our fault for not double checking because had we read other people’s reviews there is no way we would have...

Read moreI have been staying in hotel Putnik for 3 days in June. So let me give you a short overview of what can you expect from this hotel:||||1) First they gave us room on the fifth flour, the elevator was broken, not one but all three elevators were out of function so prepare to walk almost 100 stairs. ||2) In the room you can not open the window but that is Ok because the air condition was also out of function. If you think that is the worst wait for it, the fridge did not worked also. ||||After that they gave us another room, with possibility to open the window, to turn on the air condition and solid fridge. But… ||3) during the day they call you out of nowhere to move your car which is on the hotel parking, because someone can not enter or exit the same parking. When you see the size of the parking you will understand. ||4) In the room do not look surprised if they do not provide you with soup but you will find the stain on the bed. ||5) if you wash your hair you will not be able to dry it because the hair dryer does not work.||||So in three days out of the function were window, air condition, fridge, elevator and hair dryer. ||||I will not mention this time the smell and look of the walls, toilets, hallways etc.||||PS: The food is very solid and the girl from the reception was very nice and friendly.||||So if you consider to stay in the hotel Putnik,...
