Kombinat Rooms City Center — Hotel in City of Novi Sad

I was surprised to see the wooden floors. Everything is new, well designed and well-lit. Bed consists of two beds put together, but very comfortable. The bathroom is super small, could use a few centimeters more between the toilet and the sink. I absolutely fell in love with the shower gel, it smelled like mint and the liquid soap was also lovely. But please note: hair dryer is almost cold! If you have long hair, it will take a lot of patience to dry it. The room I stayed in was on the first floor, well- heated and had a nice view to the front street. The window is narrow, from floor to top, and besides bed there is a work desk and a chair, with complimentary designer bottle of water and instant coffee. It was really difficult to sleep when someone else used the shower, because I could hear the water in walls. Other than that, I had no complaints. The hotel looks remodeled. It is very modern with a lot of modern conveniences. Comfortable bed and good Aircon. Very walkable to the city center and to the fortress from that location. They will give you a free voucher for breakfast and vouchers for 10% off of any other meals you buy from their restaurant around the corner. However, you do have to present the voucher to the waiter before they take your order. I made the mistake the first night by not giving the waiter my voucher for dinner, and when I presented it to him after when I got the bill, he would not accept it. He asked his manager the manager declined the voucher. Their excuse was they had already rang it up in the system and they couldn’t re-ring it. After reading previous reviews, we were hesitant to stay here but had already booked in March. Upon arrival we were met with a friendly lady who gave us a map of the area, showed us our room no 210. We had requested for a big room so were given a family room.It was huge, with a sofa, an arm chair, small desk and chair, cupboard with shelves and hangers. Bathroom was good size too. Looked new. Window was big and high so couldn't open. We had no noise disturbing us so was quiet.But AC was great. We had breakfast in their cafe below and was good.
