Horrible service from reception which is a bad look for the entire property as he is unfortunately the first point of contact to prospects. I called to request a price for a months stay and he advised that this particular property does not offer month stays and offered room prices for a different property that does. I requested the name of that particular property so I can check it out online, and he said there won’t be pictures of the room I was interested in. To that I suggested that he sends images of that room while I checkout the property online, and asked for the name of the property again. He suggests that I arrange a viewing for the property instead, and I replied I would rather see the property online first to decide if it’s a place I would like to stay in before arranging a viewing - a standard procedure for any short term/long term property stay. He then says “okay thank you” and he hung up. I called again to check if he really hung up on me and he tries to gaslight me by saying ‘per my request’ he said he would send the pictures and the name of the property to me before saying thank you and ending the call. I revised our conversation to him highlighting that he did not mention anything about sending images, and if his intentions were to assist with such a simple request he would have simply told me the name of the property ‘PER MY REQUEST’ while we were on the phone so I can checkout the property while he sent images of the room in question. To further support that he did not say he would send these details before hanging up, there were no discussions on whether or not the number I was calling through even worked on WhatsApp so I can provide my WhatsApp number. He just hung up with an unnecessary attitude and refusal to share the name of the alternative property. What a horrible receptionist you have. I had a wonderful two night stay at Fourways BnB while needing to be near to Monte Casino. The accommodation is neat, clean, lovely and quiet with water features around the property. Staff are super accomdative and willing to help as needed. Delicious fresh breakfast buffet in the morning served from 6:30am which is perfect for business needs.
