Eastgate Shopping Centre — Local services in Gauteng

Great mall and has all you can think of but my question is what's the Eastgate managements doing regarding those taxi thugs robbing Uber guys at Eastgate entrances except entrance 2???

Mind yall not all customers are aware pick ups is only entrance 2 out of almost 8 entrances in that mall which is crazy for a customer to find their ways to entrance 2 only with shopping's and most times with families n mind yall not all Uber drivers are aware of only entrance 2 is allowed to do pick up cuz most of the drivers comes from far away like brought customers from far away to Eastgate maybe for the first time same as the customers n boom these criminals called themselves taxi what what end up harassing n extort the drivers more than R2k in d name of fines, if is not criminality why not tell the drivers u can't pick up here, go to entrance or ask your customers to go entrance 2???but no they rather chase the customer away or take the customers out from the car with groceries and family n seize the drivers to make them pay which is robbing,those taxi thugs have now turned it to their daily business by hanging around the mall especially at the shell garage inside the mall by entrance 4 n entrance 5 watching Uber drivers and they even have walking talkings radios with them for communications, East gate management needs to sort that mess out to allow ubers do pick ups at at least entrance 4 as well cuz that mall is too big to only allow pick up at one entrance cuz even when is month end rush, that entrance 2 is always choked and full n making it more uncomfortable for customers to get their rides so I don't know if the taxi thugs re the owners of East gate or east gate owners re taxi owners I don't get it cuz one day there will be a big mess in that Eastgate between an Uber and those taxi criminals there cuz they will estort an Uber driver one day who won't forgive them easily n come back to revenge in...

Re: Excessive Noise at Eastgate Shopping Centre Piazza

I am writing to express my concern regarding the noise levels at the piazza of Eastgate Shopping Centre during my recent visit. A particular restaurant was playing excessively loud "club-type" music, which was disruptive to the overall atmosphere of the area.

The volume was so high that it overshadowed the ambiance of surrounding restaurants, making it difficult for patrons to converse or enjoy their dining experience. Even the music being played within these establishments was drowned out, creating an unpleasant environment for everyone in the vicinity.

As this is a public space meant to cater to a variety of preferences and experiences, I believe noise levels should be monitored and controlled to ensure a comfortable environment for all visitors.
