The waffles were delicious ,light, fluffy, and perfectly paired with the icecream and brownies. I was part of a party of four and I went simple, waffles and cream. It was brilliant wirh a generous four peaks of cream. The fun part was the wide variety of honey, maple and other syrups available to jazz it up with. Crisp waffle, plenty of cream and delish syrups. Fished with a cappuccino, made well and tasty. Sometimes simple is best. Someone else had what looked like waffles and ice cream with Bar One. She said it tasted as good as it looked....

Dismal Disgrace Disappointed Disorganized

Giving my experience a one star is a stretch. From the moment we arrived we were jostling for space at the counter with customers from the Fish shop right next to it. The staff were disorganized. Three of the critical toppings for 80% of their waffles were out of stock. Cutlery were not quite clean. To top it off our bill was miscalculated by over R50.
