If you want your day RUINED just go to this shop. The is a Lady by the name STHEMBILE working at the till with a horrible attitude.

I asked her for her opinion on how their cappuccino was and she told me she doesn't drink coffee; Imagine😳(Selling Coffee doesn't mean you drink the coffee but you should atleast have a basic explanation for customer's

I am thinking to myself how can she sell something she can't discribe.

It was my first time going to this coffee shop and it was already goin awful before even tasting their coffee.

My wife then asked for 2 donuts by the counter right next to her. She responds that : " We must go back to join the donut shop que ( Very long queue going out the shop) then come back and pay for everything " just like in the home affairs department Offices.

When we first walked in the was no queue by the way.

Now we must go back and stand on a massively long queue going out of the shop??? Really 😦

It's like I am at the home affairs what a horrible service these people gave.

Then the manger of the donut stand tells me as well to go to that que and I am trying to explain to him that I was here first.

I can't go back to that que for 2 donuts.

I wouldn't encourage any coffee lover to go near that shop in East gate mall. I also threw away their coffee and donuts in the bin...

There works a girl named Angel.Let me tell you my story. I was rushing to catch a flight back home when I remembered how disappointed my kids will be if I arrive home without some Krispy Kreme donuts so I rush into the Eastgate mall, littrally running to Krispy Kreme's. That's just how small my window of time was so I do not miss my flight. I was assisted by Angel. As I paid for the donuts, I asked Angel what the quickest way would be to pay for my mall parking ticket and if I can swipe at a ticket machine with a bank card. Angel advised me that unfortunately the machines don't take cards but only cash. I told her that I do not have cash on me and asked where the closest ATM was. Without thinking and with the warmest smile, she offered me R10 from her own tips to pay for parking and told me to go and not miss my flight. I wish upon Angel a generous, blessed, meaningful & successful life.Thank you Angel. You are an asset not only to your employer...

For us, Krispy Kreme is a once a month treat and because they are very well priced for the quality of their products, we can treat ourselves to a few extra treats.

They not only have amazing doughnuts (my favourite being their classic) they also make a great coffee and various other drinks.

What I love most is that they also sell cup merchandise which is eco friendly, such as their reusable coffee cups. Most coffee shops sell these types of products but at Krispy Kreme, they have a few more designer options and are reasonably priced compared to other...
