Oh wow I can write an essay ,wow I am so pleased to have booked at Home Suites Hotel Rosebank. I definitely felt home. I was welcomed warmly, the staff is kind and helpful. The hotel is not strict. You can be yourself without anyone interfering or disturbing your stay. I went there to rest since I work and study at the same time. So I definitely rested. The room I got was the best. So spacious, clean, offers everything I needed and more. I didn't except such ☺️. The food oh my so yummy, tasty and fresh. You can also order or buy your own food but I recommend their menu, so affordable and yummy and different from the usual. The surrounding, rooftop, dogs agggg amazing. Pity I could not swim because I forgot my swimwear but the pool is soooo clean. There is almost everything you need like you really home. I would come back for atleast for 3 nights to explore more, since I was there for 2 nights. The only thing I wish to be attended to is the sizing of the gown😃, I'm a thick girl, otherwise I appreciate finding gowns and slippers on my bed, that was luxury 🥰 unfortunately I came alone so I made use of them all 🤣. I kinda struggled with finding an iron in my suite but I believe if I requested I would have been given. So adding an iron would help since I checked out wearing a shirt. However nobody saw that it was not ironed I mean it's home after all 😁. I want to say thank you for including a super functional and quick hairdryer. Oh my it helped me, I've been meaning to wash my braids at my house but I couldn't because of time. Being on a staycation I used the time to pamper myself. Now my braids are fresh and clean, ready to go to work. Lastly, to add a service of being escorted with bags would be a cherry on top 😜. I mean if we can have a room service and eat at our comfort zone, we can definitely have this service . Otherwise I'm happy, love the aesthetics of the hotel, the unique smell when you walk in and love from the people especially Maggie and Hazel 🐶🤣 such beautiful dogs, as an individual that likes but kinda scared of dogs I felt like I knew them longtime , miss them even. I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. Let me start off by saying that this is the cleanest hotel room I've ever stayed. For the 3 nights that I stayed here, the room was always very clean. This hotel is a modern boutique hotel with a clean, fresh feel. It is in a residential area, but still about a $3 Uber ride to a lot that the city has to offer. I took a $2.50 Uber ride to Rosebank Mall, which has lots of restaurants and shops. There is 24-hour security outside the hotel, and you have to have a reservation at the hotel before your car is allowed in. It felt very safe. The room is very modern and comfortable. I stayed in the standard room, and it was big enough and nicely decorated. There is also a decent size wardrobe to hang your clothes. The bathroom comes with very good quality and nice smelling soap and shampoo. The curtains are of good quality, and don't allow light in. The only issue I had with the room was the TV; there were absolutely no stations on it. I'm not even sure why they had a nice flat screen when there's nothing to watch. No cable or satellite TV. Netflix didn't work either. There's a rooftop deck with a swimming pool ( a small one and I didn't use it)) and a sitting area that overlooks town. It's a nice place to sit and sip on some wine. The breakfast is plentiful and yummy. I love a good breakfast, so this was very important to me. There was cereal, milk, pastries, bread, croissant, boiled eggs, a cheese spread, yogurt, fruits, juice, and they can make you your own special omelet with whatever you want in it that they have available. I ordered the omelet daily, and it was very good. I never had lunch and dinner there, but whenever I saw them serving someone food, it always looked very good. The price ( less than $100 a night) for this hotel was very good for what you get. The employees were always pleasant and willing to assist. You can arrange for them to pick you up and drop you off from the airport for a very reasonable fee. Shout out to Pummy in the dining room and to the lady who makes the omelets.
