KFC Rosebank Zone — Restaurant in Gauteng

Horrible and poor experience this morning at Rosebank KFC. Why do the doors open early when staff is not even ready? Or they are not willing to work.

Firstly I walk in and have to shout out to staff who are conversating in the back. I finally get to order and wait for my food. I hear staff members saying the order is ready and needs to be given to me. It took another 5minutes for me to be handed my food.

To top this off. Another customer walks in after me and has to also try get their attention. You can hear a staff member in the back saying there is a customer waiting. No acknowledgement of this customer after that. To a point he got impatient and walked out.

I then get home and try enjoy my meal and the chips are not seasoned at all. Tasted like hey were just fried and served. No seasoning at all.

I saw a customer who asked about the halaal status of the KFC outlet. Instead the so called manager showed him 3 different certificates, none of which had the name of the KFC Rosebank company on it, and all of which were expired.When he mentioned these facts to the manager, the latter gave him a very standard answer “our products are sourced from the best farms etc etc” She sounded like a voice prompt which would give the exact and same standard memorized answer to any question that you would throw at her. Bottom line is that it is illegal to claim something that you don’t have or cannot prove. All your certificates were expired and none of them could prove you were outsourcing from the relevant companies/farms… Your dishonesty...

Everytime I buy lunch at KFC Rosebank I get the same bad service...we would wait till our lunch time is over, by the time we get our orders we don't have enough time to eat because we have been waiting at KFC.. even if you ask them to check for you, they will just take your order number and leave you waiting, they take out one order and be busy with something else... another one will come and do the same thing, take out one order and leave...and what's annoying is it's not even that busy for them to keep people waiting for that long, they are the ones causing the traffic, they ignore us... one lovely lady next to me even asked for her money back because SHE HAS BEEN WAITING
