This rating doesn’t relate to the hotel but their internet security and communication. If you book with Booking.com, you will receive a message via “Bookng.com” asking you to verify your credit card details or you will lose the booking. This is a scam and not sent by Booking.com or the hotel. However, it was annoying receiving constant messages that our booking needed verification and was about to be cancelled despite having paid the room via Booking.com.
