22 Kyalanga Beachfront Apartment — Hotel in KwaZulu-Natal

Ideally I would write here how beautiful my stay in Durban was, but unfortunately my experience was negative.

I booked 2 nights a few weeks before my arrival to ZA, but the plans has changed so I informed the owner that I need to cancel my booking. He offered me to refund the money if the rooms will be rebooked by someone else (which at least for one night - as he confirmed to me - was the case). From that moment the very good communication (about check-in,…) became worse until the owner blocked my phone, not reading my messages anymore & blocked my Credit Card.

Calling him using another phone, I finally spoke with him trying to solve the issue (reminding him of what he promised) but he was speaking very aggressive towards me.

I cannot say anything about the accommodation itself but just because of the childish, aggressive & greedy behavior of the owner I cannot recommend to...

2 weeks ago my husband, 2 kids and in-laws booked in for the weekend. The flat itself is beautifully furnished with a lovely seaside view and open plan design. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms spacious.

Sure the outside of the building could do with a touch up, but it was clear that they began painting on the one side of the entire building.

There are braai spots, a clean swimming pool, and beautiful gardens all around the flat.

Our only problem was the tight parking bay.

All in all a Lovely place to visit. We had a 3 bedroom 2 bathrooms with a guest toilet. Spacious lounge, dining room and kitchen. The 2 bedrooms, lounge and dining room all had sliding door access to the balcony and it was just a lovely time...

Not biased, it was our first time visiting and we Definitely plan on staying again...

What a delightful place! Scenery magnificent. Beautiful panoramic view of the ocean. Perfect location. Walking on Promenade, easy accessible. Parkrun within 300metres from Kayalanga Apartment. Umhlanga Vibe, Restaurants, Supermarkets, Coffee shops within walking distance. Apartment perfect. Layout fantastic. Three spacious bedrooms, two sea facing. Three bathrooms bonus. Fully fitted kitchen. WiFi available!! Definitely...
