Ocean Villa — Hotel in KwaZulu-Natal

Idk what to say I'm so impressed I just don't know to be honest with you room service location right in town next to the store everything about this place is just a 9999999999/10 no man this is amazing last year in July we were here and we got the we arrived at around 9 or 10pm and it was dark I was like why is it so squeezed next to the gate bc we had to park the before we enter until we went father and parked next to our room I have never been this happy I was with my friends and kids and they loved it but the kids did complain but I won't take it as a complain because it's kids they where above the age of 13 some so at the pool it was written 13+ can go inside with no supervisor so the older ones went it but then they were told nicely and greatly by the lady that the needs to be a supervisor and I did not complain I understand but maybe change that rule for the kids from the I loved this place the braii the rooms and since my kid loves cars all night he was happy all the supercars passing outside and he was hearing the sound he was so happy and just for that this year again we are coming to Durban and we chose to come to ocean villa and no one is complain thank you for the great service and room and Everything something I want to state to before I leave my child wanted me to call you guys but I was busy but since I'm free I won't call but all I will say is he said he is very thankful for the security respectful he said he just loves the security I forgot the specific guy but he said he works late and he was happy with him and he just felt home everytime we come back from the beach or places we went to he just wanted to say he loves and hopes to see him again this year in July that's all I would love to say from the thank you and we will be the in...

Trip: 14-19 December

I’m currently reeling from the trauma of experiencing a break in at our accommodation at Ocean Villa at Unit 7. It was a horrible turn of events to have to deal with police a day after my birthday celebrations.

My cellphone was stolen amongst other possessions.

What was most disturbing and disappointing was the disinterested attitude of the management regarding the presented matter. No empathy or concern. Horrible experience all round. On arrival we were met and oriented by the security guard as opposed to reception who we were told busy and therefore closed the reception door so one used a clipboard outside on welcome by the security guard. Good locating ,,close to shops and restaurants but ai noo the service was poor poor , our last bath was on Friday wen we checked in , whole weekend no water until Monday, owner relays on pool water as backup which doesn't even pump upstairs , wen you go complain she tells you about municipality I mean who doesn't know about loadshading and water problem in this economy , as a business you should make means to make your guests comfortable, she doesn't even check up on you she hides wen the security call her doesn't answer her phone, no cleaning,no soups some lights are not working...this place ruined our holiday honestly I wouldn't recommend it even to...
