Instow Cottage — Hotel in Sea Point

Had a fabulous time at Instow Cottage!  Stunning place to stay - with modern design and beautiful/tasteful furniture, loads of  natural light and not to mention the fantastic outdoor deck and pool area, which was perfect to enjoy the sun and local wines. Management of the place was fantastic - everything was incredibly clean, and it was good to know that there was security at the place if needed.

The location was great - walking distance to the beach, cafes and shops. (As a female, felt completely safe to walk to the beaches on my own.)  It was also great/super easy to organise wine tours from the house - all in all a perfect place to escape London winter and spend a week in the sun...

I have stayed at Instow Cottage twice now, and on both occasion’s it’s been a relaxing experience and good value for money.

The location is great, a short walk to all amenities, and the property is set behind a gate, which is good for security.

The rooms were very light and airy, the kitchen has all you need to self cater, and big enough to host a couple of friends for a birthday meal.

The pool was kept clean, which was great as we spent a lot of time chilling in the sun and cooling down in the water. I would definitely book again, if we visited the...

We had a delightful stay at Instow Cottage. It's surprisingly tranquil, considering how well located it is. Credit also to the managing team as the cottage was always immaculate. Location can't be faulted. Highlights from me - the easy walk down to the high street (for cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets) and beach, and the connection in to town and up to Lion's Head / Table Mountain.
