Suncoast Hotel and Towers — Hotel in Stamford Hill

A goldmine of a place! Huge revamped casino with slots galore but after my 2007 run of gambling on these so called glitzy machines promising one big payouts and I got some good wins but After losing 500 in 30 minutes that was it!

I’ve of late avoiding this dangerous place but some 23 visits have been about sitting down in the main food court beautifully revamped with 3 EYECATCHING led curved screens that advertise everting from casino deals, big payouts opportunities, the best of entertainment events not due to the pandemic really happening but 2022 has seen returning events like the recent Tin Mam and upcoming 702 Ironman triathlons held here , the Barnyard is once again up and running and the Globe is definitely having some activity!

The hotel and restaurants also have advertisements on these awesome screens! My favorite audio visual thing!

They play mostly retro 80 s tunes but also todays terrible rap or Quito stuff!

My 4 stars go for this, the sense of suddenly feeling released of all your problems, city weary stores, relief from walking in the too hot humid weather along our promenade but right now our best time to be here!

KFC or Steers having refreshments including after long hard walking 2 iced Cokes, a large chips from Steers or a snack burger from KFC!

Visit 24 I couldn’t sit down to a nice refreshing meal as I had no bucks!

That’s been my 24 visits to Suncoast!

But overall a great place for gambling, Takeouts, sit down area for takeouts, Many great restaurants, like Spurs, WIMPEY John Dory’s and many more, for shopping not the place to buy that luxury thing!

Obviously the Barnyard is a great back in Durban music and audience thing while enjoying a nice lunch or supper during a big concerns thing!

The Globe is about conventions, promotions or a live indoor thing!

Plentiful parking and gets really busy over weekends, long weekends, but particularly in the afternoon to evenings it’s a real jammed place!

Went with my fiancee to Suncoast hotel and it was very nice. I have been there before with colleagues for company conference and had been booked in so decided to get my fiancee also to come experience the excellent service Suncoast hotel has, the beautiful scenery by the pool area and ofcourse comfy and super clean room we had been given so neat and fresh linen. I'm so glad we enjoyed our stay there and everyone was just soooo friendly and welcoming to their Suncoast home, that really stood out for me. 👌Had to request for ironing board it took only a minute to get it to our room I couldn't believe it. We asked for help with warm water because we didn't know how to get it working the service and quick attendance and how we were also shown the process was just too good the patience and effort from Suncoast hotel...

The location is excellent. Right next to the beach. If you can't afford to eat in the hotel restaurant, then you walk into the mall and you can go to Nando's, KFC, Debonairs, Steers, Wimpy, Spur and several other eateries. You can go gamble at the casino or watch movies. The hotel however is great but old. The carpets shows it's age, the room shows it's been there a while. A small detail like the absence of a toilet brush was annoying. However, my room was clean when I returned, the bed sheets was clean and the towels smelled fresh. The shower shows it's age but is clean and working. The curtains however didn't close all the way as it was coming off the rail. I will go back there as the service was great but Tsogo Sun will have to upgrade at some stage. You can see why the hotel was sold. Don't let...
