Absolutely disgusting service first of all there is no system what so ever So it was my mother’s birthday on the 7th of February 2025 we decided after dinner we would take her for a nice dessert. She felt like having a waffle so we assumed we would get the best from milky lane at suncoast but it was our worst decision ever. First they didn’t have fresh cream which was ok we decided on taking a banana split and then the cashier charged us double the price anyways he returned the cash to us by telling a lady that it was our fault we then waited for our order for more then an hour my dad noticed one of the waitress's holding his order alone and going to other tables he called out to her which she ignored him and went to another table. After making her rounds she then comes and hands him over his ice cream which he refused to except because of her walking around and talking onto his order. I asked where was the rest of our order she said she doesn’t know she then asked what was our order so I told her ask the cashier because he took out slip she then brings 2 banana splits in a sundae glass with rotten banana she still never brought my order and we were totally disappointed at this point due to the lack of service and communication I asked to speak to a manager and they apparently don’t have any manager the lady that came was from fisherways she told us she can’t do anything she was only helping the staff...

Extremely bad service and customer care. The sauce and waffel that I ordered was spoilt. The waiter refused to give me another waffel until I brought it up to the attention of the manager. The manager I complained to was rude, had a bad attitude and used valguor language against me, blaming me for putting the sause on the waffel which I didn't know was spoilt. The manager also wanted me to eat the spoilt waffel with the sauce and pay for it. In the end the manager wanted to hit me for not paying for the spoilt waffel. This kind of service is not acceptable, and it is because of the current manager who is bringing a bad name and reputation of milky lane and Suncoast. I recommend going elsewhere this place will ruin your day and...

The service provided by Suncoast milkylane is extremely poor. The staff members have a lot of attitude, they gather around together and have conversations amongst themselves when they can be doing their jobs. They do not come to serve their customers. There are menu's on the table, however a staff member comes to my table to inform my partner and I that she cannot take our order and we will have to go to the front to place our order.
