I went in today for the Sunday lunch buffet .At first glance the place atmosphere was nice ,the waiters was attentive and sweet except the hostess who we had to pay by the entrance she was like "oh God can this day end already!!"you could just tell by the facial expression .The food was okay I didn't get a wow factor ,I prefered the cold salads .There was hardly any seafood yet I could glance to the ocean there were just your average hake and horrible sushi.The curries were ok as I said not a wow factor ,the lamb roast tough and fatty my heart said "no thanks". The sweet part of it again was ok the"ice cream moose"ran out before it's time may it rest in peace,but again I keep using the same phrase "no wow factor " The price is ok if u just that hungry and Wil eat then it's okay,but if u looking for taste and wow factor I wouldn't recommend I have been to far better buffets with variety of food.Please note also if u are a vegetarian there is also not much of a option . But overall it is what u pay for 200rand pp and if u just that hungry then this is the place for you,some items on the menu was delicious I'm not contradicting myself I just didn't feel that wow factor just my opinion but will definitely try them again maybe the supper buffets and will change my rating when it...

Honestly I have never seen this in my life, wile waiting outside too get in with a booking I made i was right infront of which was suppose too be a line but due too a lot of hungry people no one made a proper line but there was no staff too assist and maintain an orderly fashion, only after havoc has already landed a staff member came out too assist but had difficulty clearing a path so instead called upon the sous chef whom I really didn't expect too be so rude, he came out too assist but his way of doing it was by opening his arms and forcefully started pushing people back of which 1 person was my wife and another gentleman standing behind us and not too mention the people behind us falling over each other not knowing what's happening infront, after a long fight and exchange of words they let people in, upon entering the restaurant at 6pm I was expecting too dive right into the delicates but got told too wait abit longer cause some of the foods weren't ready yet, disappointment again, finally we got told that it's ready and after experiencing some of the foods on the buffet table I was very disappointed with the quality of the dry sushi and not too mention the sour seafood mix, I will never visit this place again and I hope others don't...

Very bad service. Worst service ever. If there was zero star rating I would give them zero. Booking system is non-existant, when called for booking, the phone went answered. Sent an email and got no response as well. Mpume (lady working at the door) was very rude when we enquired about the non-responses & the fact that we had to wait for an hour outside before coming inside. Sbu (who also works there) made matters worse when he confronted us with even stinky attitude & tried to refuse us entry when we were enquiry about their lack of response to booking requests, time spend waiting outside while they charge for full hours, he first claimed that they don't respond to emails when fully booked but when I challenged that nonsense he then rudely said we are holding the queue with our complaints. He told me to the take matter up if i want to. And i plan doing exactly that. These 2 EMPLOYEES act like they own the place. They are RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL and if management don't sort them out, they will be the cause of the downfall of the business. Their names are Mpume & Sbu. Horrible customer service.
