Triana Riverside Guesthouse — Hotel in Seville

21/10/2025 LOUD ROAD WORKS!

Unfortunately I can't do more than 2 stars. At 8 in the morning, the road works started right in front of the room (room 4). My bed was literally shaking. As a hotel/guesthouse, the least you can do is advise your customers on this matter. I could've moved to a room on the backside or just another hotel. But after traveling timezones, this was the worst wake-up call... Also, the hallway is an echo chamber of sounds so when someone (also in the morning) was emptying the bin in the bathroom, it was as if they were in my room. One more thing: the lights in the hallway are sensor activated and all around the door of my room, there were slits that let in the light so whenever someone would go to the bathroom at night, the room would light up.

Don't het me wrong, the price is (in general super expensive but in Sevilla) more or less acceptable for all of this. But the road works absolutely ruined the experience for me. And because I'm now tired and low-key ticked off, I'm gonna be whining about other stuff. It...

I had a fantastic experience staying at this guesthouse. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and I was warmly welcomed by the staff. As a solo traveler, I greatly appreciated the abundance of information and recommendations provided to me upon arrival, courtesy of Tarik. His guidance made my stay even more enjoyable.

The location of the guesthouse couldn't have been better. Situated in a beautiful neighborhood, it offered easy access to everything one might need (supermarket, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, cafes, sights), and being close to the river was a bonus.

The interior of the guesthouse pleasantly surprised me. It had a modern design with a touch of history, exemplified by the traditional tiles adorning the hallway. The spacious kitchen was a standout feature, making it effortless for me to prepare meals and dine within the hostel.

Honestly, I cannot find any faults to criticize. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this hostel and would highly recommend...

I loved the decoration of our room, super comfy yet minimalistic.

The building has an older feel to it but the inside has all the modern convenience one could ask for.

The whole process felt kind of futuristic, self check-in and self check-out. The girl who did our check-in was very nice and gave us some tips on the best city spots.

The guesthouse is calm, yet in the middle of triana, a few blocs away from plaza de cuba/puerta jerez on one side and sevilla centro on the other.
