This was the best lunch spot we found in Seville. Menu del dia for 16.90 Euros from Monday to Friday. It included appetizer, first plate, second plate, third plate and dessert. I cup of beverage included. The decor and ambiance was very tastefully done and comfortable. I had the Sunomono (seaweed salad) which was nice and refreshing for a hot summer day. It was served in a black bowl which I thought was odd since the seaweed was black and would look more appealing in a different color bowl. The miso soup was good too. For first plate we had tempura, gyoza, and okonomiyaki. The tempura was vegetarian, zucchini and yams. Fried to perfection, crispy but not oily. The gyoza were not that great. Small serving with only 3 pieces. Okonomiyaki came out well! Quite a decent portion and tasted as it should. Second plate we had the sushi mix. Fish were fresh and decent portion. Good thing they had a third plate otherwise we would have left hungry. The fried rice and chicken (pollo plancha) were good. Yakisoba was a disappointment because it looked like they used instant ramen noodles (?) And did not taste so good. Dessert was choice between coffee, tea and red bean pancakes which tasted pretty bad. I thought it might have been from prepackaged dessert. Not enough good options. I think this is an area they can look to improve. Service was attentive, many staffs spoke english and were kind enough to charge my phone while we enjoyed our delicious meal. One area they can impove on is to clear the dishes before bringing new dishes over. Overall a fantastic meal at a...

Had a lovely dinner here, probably aren’t going to leave the best review as it’s a Japanese restaurant and we don’t “do sushi” which I guess is what it’s known for! But the restaurant is lovely, clean and smells good. You can watch the chefs preparing the dishes from inside the restaurant, so you know everything is fresh! We had gyozas and vegetable tempura to start, which was really good! And then the chicken and Angus steak teppanyaki, also delicious! The staff were so attentive and the service was great! It wasn’t very atmospheric as we were only one of a few diners in here but that’s maybe because the restaurant has only been open for 2 years. I hope locals and tourists alike find this gem because the food is actually very good and like I said, staff amazing! I wish them...

Stopped in here for an impromptu lunch. This place is trulyyy a gem. I’ve been to manyyyy Japanese restaurants in the US, and this place stands out in terms of quality for its price and portion sizes. I’m very used to Japanese restaurants shrinking their portions, using too much rice, etc. but this place stands out. Prices are comparable to US sushi now but Hiyoki is better than most.

The decor is very unassuming from the outside but the inside is beautiful.

In terms of food, there’s so much attention to detail in everything they do. They gave us real wasabi, and their seaweed salad came with fish :0 beautiful presentation and flavors.

Their waiters were friendly and attentive, and spoke English! All around...
