The worst and bad experience at the hotel. There was a short dark guy at the reception.sorry to say this but I don't know his name and I had to decribe him like this just for others to identify. He seems to be from estate. My family and I stayed there and he just touched my hand and my mother saw that when she asked about him, he told my mom "podi". Sorry to share my bad experience for booking rooms at imperial hotel at Bambalapitya, I was trying to book a room for my visit in Colombo many ways there’s is no good response to me , who is working there there not an educated people , they keep on telling me call back in two days later and when I call them again their response is very bad call again again again same reply.
