OYO 108 Eestee Rest — Hotel in Colombo

Customer service was not efficient and not helpful at all. Bathroom was in bad condition and not hygienic at all. Water does not even come from the tap. When we got there they said for one day and 6 hours it would be 5600 rs but when we went to settle the amount they said it was 11500.

The manager was very bad, arguing back and not even providing a clear description of why they had changed their mind to that price.

In the end we paid 8300 but they only gave us receipts for 5500 and would not provide receipts for the 2800 .This clearly shows that they are doing something which they are not supposed too.

We stayed at this place for two nights, and overall, it was an amazing experience! ✨🌊 The rooms were good, but for me, the washrooms were a minor downside, if they were better, I’d have no complaints at all. 🚿 Other than that, the bed was comfy 🛏️, the AC worked perfectly ❄️, and the location was fantastic 📍 you can easily walk to the beach 🏖️, and there’s a Cargills 🛒 nearby for convenience.

The staff was incredibly helpful 🙌 whatever we asked for, they made sure to provide. 💯 Huge appreciation for their kindness and service! Wishing them all the best. 🍀👏

Don't believe the photographs that are listed on this page. We booked this as two young female travellers and were left feeling extremely uncomfortable when we turned up to find the room we had booked was NOTHING like the photographs. The room we were put in looked like something from an inappropriate film with red curtains and lighting along with broken locks. When we asked to speak to management they were reluctant and after speaking with someone were moved to another room however there was still not much of an improvement. I would definitely recommend staying somewhere else...
