We stayed here for two nights for a room of four people. The room size is good. Reception and dining experience is good.
I think this is luxury hotel, and it should provide an excellent service. However, the room service is only 3 stars or even below this. They provide only 4 tea bags, dirty mugs, 2 toilet rolls and 1 body lotion when I checked in the room. I don't know how this hotel judges amount of basic items, but this is certainly wrong for my standard.
I have to keep calling room service to ask basic items and the staff's attitude is not pleasant at all which should be improved. They let me feel that I am asking too much for toilet rolls and tea bags.
I won't recommend this hotel to be honest until the server...
Read more先前曾經住過本館的乘風居和另一個房型,老實說就是床還可以,但溫泉池普通,冰箱裡都是金車飲料嚇死我了 (高級飯店哪有這種配備?)。一周前直接買了券去住望岳閣,更慘。
很多人都說多高級、品味多好,但牆上掛的畫都是印刷品還「請勿觸碰」,印刷品要幾張有幾張,有什麼好不敢給人碰的?
我先前一直要求,飯店才把人字拖鞋換成平口拖鞋(人字拖本來就不是大家都習慣穿的)。
從第一刻在櫃台,check in花了20分鐘,前面只有一組客人,但櫃台人員怎樣都講不清楚住宿等等價格細節,導致入住耽誤一陣子。櫃台明明沒有客人也只有我一件行李,服務生說等下有房號就幫我送房間,但我都開始往房間電梯移動了,說要幫我把行李送到房間的服務生還站在原地,我一開始就說我自己拿比較快,難道要集滿十件才開始送嗎?
走進房間,格局寬敞,但細節還是一樣爛。我從未住過一個飯店牌價26000的房間,電視、電冰箱以及電熱水壺都是雜牌貨,電視機連牌子都沒有(後來他們解釋說這是禾潤,我說這算是名牌嗎? 寒舍艾美用的是Panasonic啊)。 還是我孤陋寡聞到沒聽過這些用品的牌子,如果是,還請多多指教,告訴我連牌子都沒有的電視難道是無印良品。我都很怕這些沒牌沒名的電器,晚上會爆炸,電視如果這麼好,為何放影片會有格狀(訊號處理太慢),鏡射影片的接收器是外接的(連我家47吋的電視都內建)。
相比之下,伯朗的膠囊咖啡機(膠囊很難喝)還算是我聽過的牌子,不來這家飯店我都不知原來伯朗還有膠囊咖啡機!! 但我一直以為高級飯店用的Krups或Nespresso是很正常的配備啊....
晚上想看個Netflix的電影,iPad怎樣都連不了電視,一開始是連到電視,但網路傳不出去,客房服務(居然不是IT人員)說你必須自己下載好影片(啊?),或是自備4G(但這樣就不能連Wifi呀?),我都照做,電視訊息表示「不支援影片格式」(見鬼了),後來只好改Android手機去連,一切終於順利,就是手機要被徵收去看電影而已(那我帶iPad去裝飾嗎)。
我有點意外,大概因為我是買了GOMAJI的券,結果住在溫泉飯店,不但沒有浴衣,連浴袍都沒有。溫泉浴缸還不如我上次試住乘風居來得大。
也因為是買券的關係吧,沒有迎賓的任何點心零食也就算了,冰箱飲料也只有一瓶運動飲料,非常淒涼。不過先前我是被冰箱裡全套的金車飲料嚇到了,好在我早有準備,零食點心飲料一應俱全,旁邊也有小七跟全家,不怕不怕。
我也算住過幾間台灣的溫泉飯店,誰敢在一萬塊以上的房間裡放金車乳酸飲料跟黑麥飲料(到哪買的啊?)?...
