G11 Hotel — Hotel in Taichung

Convenient Location but Service Needs Improvement.We stayed at this hotel recently and while there were some positive aspects, a few issues affected our overall experience.Upon arrival, we had to wait for quite some time in the lobby as there was no staff at the reception desk. This lack of immediate assistance was disappointing and gave a poor first impression.When we entered the room, we found that no slippers were provided, so we had to call the staff to request them. Additionally, the shower was not working properly. As we were already tired and sleepy after waiting, we decided not to report it further and simply rested for the night.On a positive note, the room was clean and well-maintained, and the location of the hotel is very accessible. Close to transportation, shops, and restaurants. With improvements in front desk service and room facilities, this hotel could offer a much better...

Location: very near to Taichung train station. However, the neighborhood is quite complex. Bars, KTVs, love hotels, and drunkards are all in the same location. It feels unsafe for a solo traveller|Hotel room: decent sized with very basic items provided. Room was clean and equipped with heater. A place that is fine for just a night stay. I won't stay here if it is longer than 1 night.|The hotel also offers hourly rate of min 3 hours for couples who want to "rest"|Front desk: fairly disappointed with the service of the front desk. Instead of repeating the policies of the hotel, why not try give some solutions to your customer. Instead of wasting your customer's time, why not help cut through the chase by being upfront with your intention.||I won't recommend this place to solo travellers especially women and family with...

The room it self was really nice and clean including both shower and toilet so regarding cleanness it was really spotless. The problem I had was with location of the room which is literally 5m from the elevator and it can be really annoying in the night when the only thing you can hear is motor from the elevator... The number of the room is 501 or 511 I can not recall it correctly. Another thing is breakfast, even tho there are many options... There are only few for European. It would be nice if they could add a jar of peanut butter and European ham/sausage to those scrambled eggs. Very good hotel overall and would recommend...
