Me and my girlfriend stayed at this hotel. The breakfast service was a joke, there wasn't scrambled eggs. At 9.30, while we were finishing breakfast, they kicked us out because they had to clean. We also had dinner there, it was very bad. I would rather go outside and look for a place to eat (even if you are white and don't know swahili) than to have dinner at this hotel. During both times we ate there, the waitress was constantly staring at us, making us feel very uncomfortable. Last but not least, we paid a 2 USD fee with a 50 USD note, and they gave us back the change in tanzanian shillings by using 1USD=2200tzs while the bank at this time was offering 1USD=2350tzs. Total scam. I wouldn't recommend it. Go to Vijiji lodge or any other...

Stayed here for six days and liked it better and better. Nice big room with balcony overlooking the big garden, everything worked: warm shower, light bulbs, etc. The breakfast (included) is too sugary by European standards, but if you ask, they give you fresh yoghurt from the Indian kitchen. Which, by the way, is very decent - I had a couple of good meals there in the evening. Just be picky and go for the vegetable dishes and the chapati. No stomach isdues after eating here. Staff very welcoming, and the hotel car can take you where you want to go and pick you up later. As an eldrly woman travell8ng alone I felt very safe. Tonight's spread was a mix of Indian and Chinese food ....

We started off with the latest addition to the menu

#golgappe and #cholebhature The pani of pani puri was a mix of sweet and sour the kids loved it The Chole bhature was a hit among the kids too

Then we had #chillypaneer and #mushroomdopyaza with #butternaan

The chilly paneer was ok just a bit salty for us

The mushroom dish was delicious..

Overall a good experience and value...
